Well I wish I could say I had done well.... Took a mosquito in the eye on the way out which scratched the crap out of my eye. Fishing wasn't much better. Fished around the west and south of kreamer only had a few hits. Fred you fishing tx this weekend?

I didn't fish the tx, but I was out there Sunday am. It was smoldering and the bite was all but done for after 9 so I booked.

I had an older 71lb foot control. I bought the 80lb Maxxum hand tiller and I love it. Much more power and lasts all day.

OK so I hit a few major haunts over the weekend. Lox on Thursday, windy as heck and the water was moving fast. couldn't get any decent bites. Lake Okeechobee Sunday morning. Early morning bite only, once the sun was up, the bite was gone. (did manage a few decent ones there). Holiday Park today. Don't even get me started... The water is in the parking lot and is moving so fast its riduculous. Long story short, I think I'll stay indoors for awhile.... Anyone else had any luck?

You are dead on, I was at the lake yesterday at sun up. the bite was good until exactly 9 when that sun started beaming. I was off the water by 10... Ive also been hitting them from about 5p to dark. its a long ride for me from broward but it's good fishing for the those small windows...

West wall is on from what I've heard... When you coming out of the channel bang a left and keep going until you hit grass.... Take a GPS though, It all starts to look the same after a while... Good luck
