I've made a bunch of molds over the years trying all kinds of silicones etc.. What I've come to like is the fiberglass resin. It really picks up all of the bait features nicely and makes a pretty much indestructible mold. I do it more or less like Wnybassman... Just thought i'd throw it out there for you... By the way the can of resin is about $14..

I did pretty decent today on the West side of Kreamer.... the lake was like glass, beautiful

Do yourself a big favor and take someone who's familiar with the Lake on your maiden voyage.... It's a big lake and can be unforgiving with the winds, rain, etc.... Good luck....

When I had my old Tracker, I used this stuff call steel-flex. the only place I know to buy it is in Hialeah, fl and the company hasn't made it out of the dark ages yet... I can get the info if you want just PM me, the stuff worked really well for me, I had same gaps in the seam and it shored them up nicely.

The two day tourney is at the Lake this year...... Who's going this year???? I already booked my room at Rolands

Go for it man.... It's a lot of fun... Kotg is done for this season but there's a tourney out of holiday most weekends.

The fish were on lockdown Sunday.... between the million boats running around and the tons of water they pushed south we just barely caught a limit.... Most everybody struggled from what I heard....

Holiday was jammin yesterday. Multiple 20 plus bags and one over 30..... Hopefully that's holds for next Sunday kotg.....

We caught a million in the 2lb range just couldn't get many big girls on... ended up with just just under 11..... Buried two trebles in my pinky with the first fish of the day which was fun... then the pouring rain at the end was sweet but all in all it was a fun fishing day.....
