  1. Really? I thought that would send another horrible taste, but this one to the back of your throat. It's what I hear at least. A drip is a drip is a drip... right? What's also horrible is taking fish oil pills. Take it in the morning and your burps for the rest of the day taste like fish.
  2. this site is like the friggen twilight zone sometimes.
  3. And if you sing the song, you get it for ONE DOLLAR!
  4. Shut up.
  5. The tru tungsten tru life is a good bait. That can be purchased at bps. And also the bbz-1.
  6. X2. You know how frugal I am, dan. I Sony even buy it anymore.
  7. I dont know about it being big, but the blad on the one I have is probably 3.5 inches. I mainly take it if I need to cut the braid, the anchor line in my kayak. I have hands like Chuck Norris, so in a security matter, I would drop the knife and hi-ya chop the attacker in the throat.
  8. You guys are wimps! Those don't seem that bad!
  9. If it doesn't work out, youre out $200+ on the zillion. A swimbait doesn't need yo have the best sensitivity in the word. I may suggest a Diawa Heartland or Okuma Guide series. A step up would be Diawa light and tough, but I haven't handled them. Also, my first sb rod went to 3 oz, and then slowly ended up with lures that weight 3.5-4 oz and didn't have the balls to launch them, this leading me to a heavier rod. It's rated for 1-8 oz. It can be a striper/musky/ big cat rod, too.
  10. Dude, I eat like friggen Lance Armstong post cancer.
  11. Ha, but on the subject of cougars; they get an automatic 2 points. Scenario: Fried 1. "dude, she's like a 6.. at best." Friend 2 "I just met her, she's 45, and separated.." Friend 1 "oh man, easily an 8. Definitely an 8!"
  12. Cougar attacks are best treated and with boxed wine, chocolate, and "I love Lucy" re-runs. Heavy compliments and reaassurance that "she's still got it," will also do wonders for the morning after. That being said, heavy usage of potpouri will only entice the coug into further exploration, use at your own risk. Also, with cougars, especially out west, gags, rope ties and muzzles should not be discounted for proper "trapping." Use said techniques for the biters.
  13. So my office isn't your typical office. Its actually a house that the owner bought as an investment when the time was right, and decided to put the business in here. Genius, right? There are only 5 office staff with my company, and I am the only male thats in here consistently. The basement of the house has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a wet bar. Perfect for an apartment, right? Right. It was also home to a BEAUTIFUL, private, luxiourous toilet I had all to myself. When #2 was coming, I just went down stairs, had some time to myself, worry free, did my business, and back upstairs. Well, with this crappy economy my office has taken a slight downward spiral and decide to offset some fixed expenses and rent out the basement. Great for cash flow, bad for the only male in the house that sits down 5 times a day. For some reason my office is located in what would be the second bedroom, and I don't have the pleasure to have the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It's pretty nerve racking sitting down being able to hear every little thing on the other side of the door. Why, you ask? Because if I can hear everything on the other side, THEY can hear everything of THIS side of the door. It's not pleasant, nor do I have any other option as my private basement suite is occupied by someone else now.... Until next time, this has been an 'only man blues' production......
  14. How did you guys feel about the draft starting on THursday and ending Saturday? I thought it was going to be the greatest thing since nunchucks, but afterwards, I had to disagree. I MUCH prefer waking up early on Saturday and sitting on my assAll day long watching the entrie thing. Watching the announcers get bored, tired, and hungry. The first round was okay, but then real life things got in the way; dinner, bath night for the kids, and then bed time. I feel like I can better kick my family out of the house for the day on a Saturday morning, and tell them not to come back til 6 pm or so. Me? Not a fan. The Primetime Draft seemed to be a hit, though, so I am SOL.
  15. Ouzo is moooooneeeey. With a nice gyro and baklava... hell yea. game time.
  16. <--- Glenn. I almost bought some things from him, but he was so adamant on not using paypal, I pulled back. Luckily. What a buster.
  17. d**n dude, it's 2010. Not 1950.
  18. WOAH. I can't speak of Evo on spinner gear, but I use it on my swimbait reels in the 25#, and love it. IMO, it has surprisingly low memory for such a thick line, is stronger than an ox, and very manageable. What are your issues with it?
  19. I've found that beaver type baits are popular. I have tested the fall rate of the BPS brand beaver type baits, and it is very quick compared to a stick bait, lizard or worm. Creature biats would also work pretty well, but the ones I tested had a slower ROF than the Beavers. Also, some beavers have a streamlined body, making it less likely to get hung up on the way down.
  20. Should I say it or do you just want me to think it? I TOLD YOU. Haha. To be honest though, I got them in a trade. And to be even more honest, I don't think they are THAT bad. I caught one fish on them. On the real speak though, I'd like to do a Beyonce' and "UPGRADE THEM."
  21. Want a quality swimbait? Buy my two reaction strike bull bream jr's! Hurry and but them before I change my mind about getting rid of these "hall of famers"!
