As much as I agree with you, but would you take a pay cut for someone else? Or multiple persons It almost sounds like you teach at a private school, but if not I am not sure. I agree with the fact that it is unnecessary to have two principles and other random positions that one person could do. I was laid off also, so I feel your frustration, but mine I worked for a bunch of attorneys and they make millions I think they could afford more so to keep me, then a bunch of administrators. God forbid they lose some money by keeping me after there millions

Also bring some spinnerbaits, white color, I know a lot of the guys caught some of there bass on spinnerbaits early in the morning. Sorry I couldn't help you with location, but the whole delta holds bass. Remember to mark a way point when you find a bass.

I would recommend senko colors, Motor Oil Red with Red Flake, Green Pumpkin with any color flake. Orange with black back crankbaits where hot for stripers off of points. It would depend where you launch from, but any tule or structure points is a good start. If it windy try to stay in some coves, the bass will group up. I am not familiar with names of points but the delta is huge you really can't go wrong with a particular spot. If it looks like a bass holding place most likely there is bass.
