Baitcaster Isn't Smooth Please Help :)!
Loosen the cast control way up. Make sure the brake tabs aren't stuck out to bind when the side plate is replaced. Outside of this I'd have to see it to tell what the issue is.

Ceramic Bearings Upgrades
They misrepresent the ABEC rating not the brand. You don't need to own and operate a manufacturing facility to ensure quality and stand behind what you sell. Lews never made a reel but to say the Chinese reels on eBay are the same would be rediculous. Bearing upgrades are (or should be) largely an enthusiast endeavor which are rarely done on a shoestring budget. For a couple extra bucks per reel you can be sure you're getting what you think you're getting.

Ceramic Bearings Upgrades
I'm a Boca dealer. All you need for a reel is ABEC5 for a reel. The sustained speeds aren't there to benefit from 7s. Of course there are other good brands but counterfeiting is a problem in the industry. Super Tuning has nothing to do with bearings. It's a process of polishing of internal parts. Lastly, Spool spin times are meaningless in the big picture. I can get 30sec free spool from most reels with properly cleaning and lubrication. If you'd like advice on improving your specific reel, contact me and I'll tell you how to get the biggest bang for your buck.

Shimano Curado 300E?
Sounds like a win / win / win.

Spiral Wrap Question
There's no need for all the different sizes unless you find the progression aesthetically pleasing. On a typical bass Rod you technically don't need anything bigger than the level wind line guide. Generally I use a double foot 6 right into the running guides.

Daiwa Fuego
^^^^^yup

Quantum Accurist PT?
I'm not as down on Quantum as a whole as some are, but I'm not a fan of the lower end offerings. The tatula or PQ on sale are better bargains IMO.

Daiwa finally lost it
There's nothing inherently wrong with them, but they are not the innovation they're marketed as either. The grooving issue was a blip on the radar and a materials issue rather than a design one.

Daiwa finally lost it
I'll admit I have a tatula and like it, but it's despite the t wing not because of it.

Selling other company's components
Definitely get permission before advertising any component makers name or logo. Other than that you should be good. Legal advice is like insurance, seems like a waste of money until you find yourself in a situation. If you're serious get professional advice.

whats the best baitcaster under $100?
Arguably the BPS Pro Qualifier on sale.

Shimano Curado 300E?
In most cases I won't pay more than 60% of new for a second hand item if it's cherry. I don't know if the 300 is as sought after as the other E models so I guess it comes down to whatever you're comfortable with .

Buying guides
Don't let him go nuts with extra guides. Line touching on a deep bend is no problem. Just as long as it doesn't dip below the Rod giving a bow string look and has even angles you're good.

Buying guides
I'll make this easy for you: Fuji Alconite blag 6, kb4.5x2, k4.5 runners to the tip. Total guides 1 for each foot of Rod length plus 2. Order a couple extras. Top with a bfat 4.5 tip top. Tube size in mm or 64ths "

Starting Off The Boys... How To Get Them Fishing...
Who cares what type reel or tackle they prefer down the road ? To instill and nurture love of the sport keep it as simple, effective and fun as possible. In my mind that's straight forward spinning tackle. Skip the triggers and all that. A coupe Pflueger tritons and Berkeley rods in a 6' ml mod fast action is the way I'd go (again).

Ardent f700 flippin reel
Any time. And welcome to the forum.

Ardent f700 flippin reel
Yes that's right. Any of the name brand reels at that price point will perform as well or better flipping and still be useful for other things.
-
Metanium or Metanium DC
Personally I don't see the need of the extra weight, expense and maintenance being worthwhile from a purely practical standpoint. If you're a tackle enthusiast then go for it.
-
Ardent f700 flippin reel
They're built well enough but over priced for a niche reel with limited application. It's a novelty reel which is not a knock but in my mind a reel with fewer features ( adjustable drag and level wind) should be cheaper. Putting the spin on it as a "special purpose" reel is brilliant marketing.

Reel Drag per technique
I discourage the practice of locking a drag down completely. Leave a little to protect the Rod and reel from undue strain. Most reels will give some even at highest settings. A star drag is easily adjusted while landing fish if need be. The rule of thumb is 1/3 of line rating (mono equivalent diameter for braid). I don't see any reason to adjust for technique .

Mod/slow action and X-Hvy power
It depends on the makers definition of XH & ModF. Both are subjective. The fact you state explicitly no punching leads me to lean toward sticking with a fast action. I go mod f in a punching xxh

Good spinning reels for the money
The president is probably the best bang for the buck out there spinning reel wise. Down the road if you want to treat yourself I really like the Stradic ci4.

Other uses for 7'6" mh/xf
Jigs, T rigs, swim jigs, spinner baits. Very versital Rod for bass fishing.

Spinning Reel Question
That's adjusted by the thin plastic washers on the shaft under the spool. In this case remove one. If the line stacked on the front you'd add one.
