It might be a spotted bass, the largemouth bass were pretty negative that day. This fish crushed my topwater, even though we had a cold front. Pic of spotted bass from Duane,

heres a pic of largemouth with brown eyes that i caught last week. This fish was not from the river.

I caught this river largemouth a few weeks ago, around late September. A cold front hit the area but this fish was happy to take a topwater. My question for anyone is, which largemouth male or female has yellow eyes? Thanks

Looks like the cost is reasonable but does it have the right action, looks more like a floater. :-/

I wouldnt use it if you plan to release your fish, might harm their health if its a 10 year old scent for bass. I dont think it really matters for catfish.

still, great catch FivepoundBluegill i also live in state that doesnt have winter. For some reason the fish really scatter throughout the lake this time of year.
