  2. hey Chris.. i do have some and do use them sometimes just not often..we were catching all our fish down there on craw imitations.. the point of this topic was every post you see in this forum section the answer is to use a senko LOL :
  3. the rod you have is a decent spinnerbait rod.. i prefer 7.1.1 ratio and ill slow the retrieve down if neccasary
  4. kinda ironic but heading out for a nightfishing trip.. i got a junebug senko tied on ;) :D
  5. he will tell you to keep it.. it will cost more for them to have it shipped back then its worth!.. but you did the right thing by asking.. Chris Brown seems to know what customer service is about
  6. they are HUGE.. better have a swimbait rod to throw it... i had one but was little bigger then i like to throw.. I sold it.. I have better luck on a deps buzzjet jr
  7. i had one messed up he sent me two replacements and a strike king catalog.. said i was supposed to get a hat but it was on back order so who knows if i will get that.. i was just happy getting my lures replaced..Strike King is A Ok in my book.. lures came yesterday.. i also emailed around the same time you did

if its a draw tourney and you are assigned a boater you have no say.. hes in control you just do the best you can and hope you got a good boater.. if its a team tourney then you talk about the plan
  9. that video cracks me up its a 3lb fish geez i like Ike but thats just stupid
  10. Man seems like everyone here loves Senkos ;D ;D Personally i rarely throw them think i got 2 packs somewhere i use on a c-rig occasionally catch plenty of fish,, guess im more of a jig guy..just seems like you cant read a topic here without senko coming up.. Not hating just seems like this is Senko City
  11. plano bought all falcon tackle stuff few years back
  12. JDK. replied to Frogman's topic in Fishing Tackle
from my experiences these are the best around pricey but worth it http://www.equalizerscales.com/
  13. so how long did it take i have been waiting almost 3 weeks now for the replacement i was told i would be sent for the same issue good to see they came through im hoping my package is on the way
  14. I prefer the Beulah jig its a local made but its just an arkie head i love em but most any slim profile head will work Check out Peppers custom jigs on tackle warehouse they look real close to them.. http://pepperjigs.com/pepper-custom-baits-products/pepper-custom-baits-freds-long-neck-roumbler.html?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=3&category_id=3
  15. no doubt a lot of haters i think its a cool idea and fun my money is on the chigger craw or rage craw but a good darkhorse pick is the big bite craw that thing can be deadly
  16. yup those work great but i prefer the big bite version its the same thing and 2.09 for 10 the lake fork ones are pricey..My buddy visited the factory and came back with huge bags of the lake fork ones but we went through em all winter..we had days we were catching 70-80 spots on them this winter..
  17. That's a good color, but I need to use the chuck for small 1/4 oz jigs that I will be using. Could cut them down to size. Dude I throw a 6" Gene Larew Salty Hawg Craw or a Rage Tail Lobster on a 1/4 oz jig no doubt cant ever have to big of a trailer.. I would do like Glenn said and but id buy the regular size ones and just gite off what head i didnt need then you can use them for other stuff also
  18. same thing here same guy responded but i have yet to receive anything it has been 2 weeks now
  19. great bait for big bite on ledges..
  20. I like this one coming out next year soft bellied frog with a diving lip both look cool http://www.tackletour.com/reviewicast10molix.html
  21. No but 15-40 ft and with a heavier weight you maintain better bottom contact and feel for what the bait is doing. Especially when there is current you want the heavier weight .On a C-rig maintaining bottom contact is the most important thing to me so heavier weight the better
  22. I never throw small chatterbaits always 5/8 or bigger with big plastic craw on back which helps for weighting.. You might wanna adjust the brakes on your reel and add a bulkier trailer for betting casting..but i dont see the harm in using a spinning combo if you feel you must
  23. the 1.5 TT Flipping weight is perfect for C-rigs
  24. try the big bite kreit creature you will love it
