Hey all.. Ive already made up my mind that I want the Okuma Trio High speed reel.. I wanna use it for drop shotting and shakey heads.... which reel should I use.. i need opinions!! one is the trio 30s and the other is 40s one holds 110yards of 10lb test and one holds 190yards.. the weights are 10.4 for the smaller one... 10.8 for the bigger one.. opinions?

haha.. I don't know if anyone else will find this humorous but I was looking through some of the pictures I have taken while fishing and couldn't help but laugh at this one.. Its the turtle in the middle with its head "cocked" back.. look at the reflection in the water.

I wouldnt consider this going to perfect... but I have a skeet reese 8' flippin stick... The hook keeper on it sticks out and a lot of the time when i flip or pitch, my line gets caught in it...

I talked to a guy who runs a tackle shop near where I go to school and he carries a full lineup of Netbait.. He says that Netbait is a small company run by a guy who does all of his work out of his basement.. pretty cool.. I like supporting small companies like that..

I dont do it but i plan on it eventually.. I have a ton of bags hooked together via carabiners... I think a plano box would be a lot more efficient.. and it shouldnt take the smell away either..

just out of curiosity.. then why did Abu Garcia upgrade the drag on the new Premiers?

I guess... I'd rather have the security of knowing my drag is strong enough to not slip when I set the hook.. different strokes for different folks I guess..

But when the Revo Premier (2009 version) comes with pathetic drag initially, why not upgrade it? Especially when you cant get a good hookset because of the drag being so weak?
