  1. How about Paul Elias and Brandon Palaniuk? (from Rathdrum Idaho!) These 2 guys and the other Fed Nation guy are a big story so far too!
  2. Who are they? Guys that wore Sox hats..........maybe if one of them played infield in the 2003 NLCS Bartman wouldn't have got his hands on the ball
  3. Outstanding deal if you ask me! Great album for a worthless hat. ;D : Another disgruntled cub fan Yea what do the have to be disgruntled about.....it's only been 103 years since they won the World Series! Ha Ha Ha! Very true but I have yet to see a Cubs hat on the show COPS. Ha Ha, Eazy E and Dr. Dre didn't wear Cub hats?
  4. So, if you met Ike and he was cool with you and then you met another pro who you said you liked better, but he was a jerk to you.....would you still not like Ike because he "throws a fit on T.V.?" I'm tired of people using that as a reason to say they don't like Ike when his behavior doesn't effect anyone. if i think he is normal then i would like better and the way ike behaves are horrible his parents is to blame Why is it horrible? Who does he affect? He's got a reputation as being gracious and humble, especially to kids. Some of the more important people associated with this site know him and can tell you this from experience. It's not right to talk about his parents either. Everyone has the right to their own opinion, I just don't like broad assumptions based on anything but someones character. Maybe you'll look at things differently when you are older.

  7. Just read a little of Ike's blog on Bassmaster, he really sounds like he's in the zone, I'd be surprised if he isn't in contention at the end.
  8. It's the only way I've done it at the club level so far....don't think it should be that much different for any level.
  9. Edwin Evers to win, Ike will be close, hope Ike wins, just going with the gut on Evers.
  10. You can't compare this guy to Prince Naseem. Whether you think Naseem was phony or not he could fight. Maybe not a conventional fight, but still fight. Barrera wasn't intimidated by him. I may be mistaken but after that fight I can't remember hearing about him again. I was really hoping no body was going to have anything good to say about hamed, but we are all entitled to our own opinion. Barrera even hit him illigally on purpose because he was talking smack and still won in a landslide. Well......I think you do have a point though........hamed probably could knock that joker out.
  11. Wow, that guy was worse than that phony Nasim Hamed that had all that hype about 10 years ago. First time he fought anyone legit he got embarrassed by Marco Antonio Barrera.....Good vid, that's one of the worst KO's Ive seen.
  12. One of my all time favorites!!
  13. Sex Pistols, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols.
  14. Wow....and I'm picking him to win it.
  15. things happened in the 80's that changed music forever. ive got to have the 80's. A friend of my can't stand the 80's either and I don't understand that much. I know it was overly glam and there were things like the keytar but........still good in alot of ways.
  16. Man as I'm thinking of what I know about the 50's, it had great cars and in my opinion the best boxing of any decade in history (all weight classes). More reasons why I would have loved to live it.
  17. I would say 50's. Rock and Roll was basically born and opened the doors for really all music to follow. I think is was a fascinating time in general for America, I would have loved to have lived it.
  18. 11 years ago I was skipping down stairs and landed on the side of my foot with all my weight and fell down the rest of the stairs. It was so severe that my dad made me sleep with my foot in a bucket full of ice and I couldn't even feel it. The next day the doctor said "that was a little extreme." We opted for some pain killers and sprain treatment instead of an x ray. The ankle has felt a little funny ever since, especially when I turn my foot to the side. I'd take every precaution you can.
  19. Love True Romance.......I'll partly blame watching that movie at 11 or 12 for the condition I'm in today . Christopher Walken.........fantastic!
  20. James Coburn as "Speed" in Hard Times and Paul Newman as Fast Eddie Felson in The Color of Money........Two Hustlers movies and characters.
  21. No flames from me. Not one of my favorites, but Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday makes the movie worth watching in my opinion. The fancy cup work at the poker table in response to Johnny Ringo's gun play is very cool. Yeah, w/o Val Kilmer the movie would only be so so. It was alright the first time but after that not as much. Good point about Val guys.
  22. Wow.........I can say I'm grateful to live in Spokane this winter! Different.....
  23. When I started I wouldn't use anything but 30lb braid, mainly because I was scared I couldn't cast with out disaster with the other lines. That was a good suggestions to start with braid or mono.
