What techniques do you want to improve on and why?
I want to get a better rhythm with jerk baits and increase my confidence in them because I know they are great lures. After that probably deeper water techniques like spoons and dragging jigs and tubes.

Name a fishing technique that you absolutely LOATHE!
I don't loathe any technique yet, but there are techniques I need to improve with and gain more confidence in. Starting with the jerk bait, I know it's a great lure I've just had a hard time getting a good rhythm with it and believing that I'm getting the best action out of it.

What to expect when you get your first job.
Expect to be daydreaming about fishing alot! Also, expect challenges and DONT BACK DOWN FROM THEM! You will be tested in many ways you haven't before now. Conquering these challenges will build character and confidence. Good luck!

What does your name (Handle) mean?
I grew up fishing ponds in and around Chicago, walked to most of them. When I became a teenager my friends and I would hang out outside of the shopping center before we got our beer and went into the Forrest preserve. We'd hang out there other times too when there was nothing to do. (Yea, I know, the life of teenager with no car and not a whole lot going on.) Well the one thing I had going on was fishing.....and to walk to a couple of the ponds I fished I had to pass the shopping center we hung out at. On my way to or back from the ponds I would sometimes stop and talk to my friends. One friend in particular John who we called Pirate hung out at the shopping center the most, and after a while of me coming up to talk with my rod in my hand, he began to call me fisherman tony. I was always proud that I got recognized as being a fisherman at that time and finally found the perfect place (bass resource) to use it!

Best fisherman on this site....?
Dwights pics have been my favorite by far (affliction for smallies) and I'm sure he is an unbelievable angler. I've read quite a few posts praising and thanking RW so he's got to be awesome too......and of course IKE!

Trailer lighting advice?
New light installation was successful! When I went to connect after they were installed I realized my front ground wire wasn't long enough so I quickly crimped some more wire to it and started it up. Left tail on, right tail not on, but both turn signals work.??? Realized I had my right tail wire connected to the right turn wire and not the tail wire. Fixed this and started it again. This time all lights came on (with the exception of one side marker) that I think may have a blown bulb and all signals worked. Brushed liquid latex on all my connections and wrapped it up for the day. Nice to get something important done while it's still winter. Thanks for all the tips guys!

Trailer lighting advice?
I did pick some up after your suggestion, that's what I'll use on those connectors. Heading out to install them soon, had to see if there was any posts before I left, glad I did. Thanks.

Trailer lighting advice?
Thanks guys! Well I'm going to install them tomorrow and I'm really hoping I get it right the first time. The reason I'm using the crimp connector like the one I posted a pic of is because I'm connecting the running lights from the side of the tail wire not the end. I haven't been able to see how it would be possible other than that yet. The way the old lights were installed was was direct wire to wire contact covered with heat shrink tubing, no crimping piece at all. The tail wire was just exposed near the running lights and another short wire was connected right to it. I'm not sure how that was done or how I would do it so that is why I chose the connector I pictured. I am going to try and cover all the connections I use with heat shrink tubing so they are protected. Thanks again, I'll post how it went soon.
