  1. Good fish Paul.
  2. Hey there Andrea!
  3. The females do not have a hump.
  4. The Owens gang was down from Idaho and feeling the need to get on the exotics. We boated about 26 and three were in the 5-6 pound class. All were caught sightfishing and most on the nest.
  5. I have some of the origional Carrot Stix and Just got 6 of the new Carrot Stix "Wild". They are extremely sensative and I would recommend them.
  6. I have caught them in SW Palm Beach County. I was in a canal thewre it was absolutely eat up with snake heads and all of them were on the XL side. That 441 canal in Palm Beach has them.
  7. Great fish! What did you get her on?
  8. She is indeed!
  9. The Saros 2500 and the 3000 are all I use. I have 6 of them and have never had any issues. They get the majority of the work done for my business, and were tough on equipment. If I needed another set of spinning reels I would go with the Saros 3000.
  10. Power bars keep my energy up. I quit eating garbage while on the boat.
  11. Not sure but if yiu use Google Earth...its the lakes and canal around the Miami International Airport. The Falls is a canal that runs behind the Fall Mall of US 1 in south miami.
  12. Use the Lightening rod, I used them for years with no complaints, never had any breakage issues
  13. Whats fishing and deer hunting have in common? Every one wants a trophy. I have yet to hear a hunter saying he let a B&C walk. Personally....It is possible that I too would have taken a bass that size to the taxidermy. Just being honest.
  14. Many of the good Pcock vids on youtube are shot in the Miami Airport Lakes, specifically the Blue Lagoon area. It is a vast network of canals that branch out from the MIA around the Palmetto Expressway and sundivisions off tamiami trail. The canal west of the turnpike and on north side of Tamiami trail is walkable and loaded with P's. Another good many videos are from the Falls Mall area. Can't give you any walking areas since I'am normally in a boat. Many of those places would be hard to fish since you would be in folks backyards. I would use Google Earth and look for the roads passing over the canals and fish the bridges.
  15. What wrong with his face?
  16. Yep..... thems big uns! Your off to a great 2012.
  17. Yall done good!!! The water is slick as glass, that had to be nice.
  18. I have been using Suffix 832 for about 8 months. I haver found that it breaks down pretty quick, especially the first three feet from the bait. I used some Tuff Line Braid a few days back and was surprised that it showed no signs of breakdown after three days of heavy use.
  19. Boy I'll bet those were some good battles.
  20. Mighty fine fish Bruce!
  21. Yes this was off hwy 41. Never had any problems there. I just don't leave anything in the jeep that might attract attention.
  22. :surprised-038: Steve that fish is beautiful!
  23. I can relate to being in remote locations and getting spooked. Fishing in the Big Cypress about 20 miles from anybody. I was all tucked in under some thick overhanging trees. The I hear a woman screaming at the top of her lungs. Freaked me out and scared the snitt out of me. Turned out to be a panther and it was making its way down the same bank I was standing on. I left quickly!
