  1. All I ever got off of those sites were calls to sell insurance or other randomly bogus jobs that will never amount to much. I don't know what field you want to get into, but Dice.com is about the only decent site to look for jobs. They are all IT jobs though.
  2. My boss has the Nexus 1 (which always gets the updates before just about everything else) and he got a maintenance update a week or so ago. It only fixed some things, no features were added.
  3. Did he make you call him 'The Don'?
  4. I just want 1 good snow, then it take stop for the rest of winter I like the stuff just once (makes for awesome photos), then after that its just work!
  5. The entire board has slowed down, not just the kids
  6. You get some snow? We got a dusting here, but it's gone already.
  7. that was this guys business. he invented cards and wallet slippers that block this kinda crap. wish i'da come up with that. Yeah I remember seeing that on 'Pitchmen'... He made it sound all advanced.... Aluminum foil works just as good LOL
  8. Ah your right I forgot about that. Most of the Galaxy S stuff over in Europe is on 2.2, I don't think AT&T's Samsung is on 2.2 yet... Actually, I don't think ANY At&t droid is running 2.2 (unless you count the Nexus 1, but thats not really an ATT phone). Wonder if the Iphone has anything to do with that
  9. You can thank Samsung for not updating the phones. They are notorious for never updating software and just releasing new phones to 'fix' the issues. Thats the only gripe I have about Samsung, they make some great hardware, just need to get the software end of it fixed. (I realize it's Android, but Samsung has their own overlay on their phones and thats what is causing the issues).
  10. Hate to sound like 'one of those guys' but if you line your wallet and cards with aluminum foil, it blocks the device. Terrible how easy it is to get peoples info these days.
  11. Ah man, after you get through the regular levels, you get some freakin' awesome red birds... I won't spoil it for you, but they do some damage!
  12. String you get Angry Birds Seasons yet? Another addicting game is Spaghetti Marshmallows lite. There is also now a free SNES emulator that lets you save (TigerSNES) Jimmy Houstom Bass Fishing for SNES is the only game you need!
  13. I never used it personally, but it's pretty hard to find a bad SPRO lure anymore... I'd so go for it.
  14. Yeah, I know its the Nov./Dec. issue I haven't seen it yet anywhere around here. And it wasn't ME that was advertising, I created the ad for the company
  15. I make fresh sushi rolls on their rear patios. I use the fish that I just shot with my bow and then dispatched with a quick bite to the back of the head. I experience no friction as well. ;D LOL Do you take the piece along too? J, most people are awesome around here and don't care if you walk on their land as long as you ask first. There's a spot I want to hit where Honey Creek comes out of a cave and it's a huge freakin' hole. I bet there's some giants in that area, but I can never catch the owners when they are home I'm about to write them a letter LOL
  16. LOL That's what I love about creeks and streams, people get mad because you are 'on their property' BUT YOU AREN'T!
  17. Must be nice! I have to walk across the street, through McDonalds packing lot, down over a steep hill and over some train tracks to get to the nearest creek
  18. I need to start fishing more remote locations. All the places I try and take photos of are beside roads and houses LOL "Look at that beautiful stream... with the tanker truck in the background!"
  19. Great article! That's going to make a great flipping bait. BTW when is that magazine hitting the shelves? I did an ad that's supposed to be in that issue (i think?).
  20. Well I use PhotoMatix as J said haha and I didn't really think I was going to be processing these via Photomatix to make an HDRI Image, so I didn't shoot the 3 images haha (I usually do 5 for outdoor shots to get more range, especially if it's very sunny out). J that shot rules I need to get out and do more stream shots, especially the long exposure ones!
  21. Found some HDRI attempts from Reeds Gap State Park this summer. These were processed with 1 RAW file, so they are a bit noisey: ReedsGapStream1 by nate.follmer, on Flickr ReedsGapStream2 by nate.follmer, on Flickr ReedsGapStream3 by nate.follmer, on Flickr
  22. What does that note say? Anyway, try all the techniques you suggested. You never know how the fish will want it I've dropshotted topwater baits before with much success so anything is possible.
  23. Ah, the Incredible is a great phone also. I love HTC, they make awesome stuff. You'll love the android operating system and probably never go back to anything else once you get used to it. Check out the other threads we have floating around here on good android apps. Edit: Forgot to add... You did get the $30 data plan with it correct? People come in here and want the $15 150MB plan and go over that in 5 days with the phone. No matter how good you think you'll be, 150MB will be destroyed by that phone!
  24. x2 great action on these. I love the bulk that have too.
  25. Ah, yes I forgot about those. The Ravine is the newest model. It's a good phone too, kinda reminds me of a sports car haha but thats a good thing!
