Most innovative concept to come out in the last 5 years
I thought of anyone one when someone mentioned Google Earth and GPS. My phone - I use it to keep logs of fish, plot good fishing areas, photograph fish and structure areas... Really anything you can think of to log your trips, it will do.

Brewmasters
I never put 2 and 2 together, I was in that Pub last time I was in Rehoboth Beach which was this summer. They make good stuff, but I never tried that brew they made on this episode (probably can't even get it anymore). Sounded good though? HA Oh, and the rapping... terrible!

Autocorrect bloopers
I forget exactly what I was trying to say, but when I was texting on an old phone (the dial pad method) and I was going to tell my wife that she looked nice in some form, but it came out like "large pig"... Luckily I caught the error before I sent the message

Tubes?
Tubes are the ticket right now for both species (in my area anyway). Tubes are very versatile baits. You can drag them to imitate craws, swim them to imitate bait fish, dead stick them to imitate... Oh, you get the idea Some tubes even float if you can put them down on the water correctly and your hook isn't too big. The key is to make it land nose first so the back doesn't fill up with water.

who's still flying?
What are we supposed to say to our children who ask why this stranger is allowed to touch them in places where no one but their doctor should? Put them through the scanner so they aren't touched? I'd rather have the extra layer of security than have some terrorist load up with explosives and walk onto a plane. I understand your concern though and I don't mean to poke fun at the issue so I apologize for that.

who's still flying?
Once they see my junk, I won't be allowed on the plane! I'm carrying a lethal weapon... At least, that's what she said... Anyway, all joking aside - Scan me, I don't care. I don't have anything to hide. If they all want to get a laugh and or sick at my image, I'm glad I could make their day!

Yeah, Side Imaging wins! Sexy Shad was a great suggestion too, I think just about everyone has a form of that color now. Plain and simple, it works, I have caught more fish on that color than any other. If I had to add one thing to this list - Beaver style baits. I know some have been around longer than 5 years, but they have really exploded and are getting better.

google earth your fishing hole
Doesn't work on my phone (It loads, but I can't scroll the map or anything). But, I'll just shoot photos with GPS data embedded and add them later.

Props for drinking the PA swill!!! I love ABC. There is one near me with a restaurant attached to it. Every Thursday, we make our way over there. They have something called the Mug Club that we all joined about 5 years ago. They keep a personalized mug in the bar for you. In 5 years time, I have tried all their offerings. Personal favorites (I dont know how readily available they are away from our immediate area): Grinnin' Grizzly (November Specialty) Kipona Fest (August Specialty) Riverside Red (April Specialty) Zoigl Star (January Specialty) 666 (2009 winner of their "home brew" contest, has become a small batch production beer) Year-round favorites are the Susquehanna Stout and Pennypacker Porter If you get your hands on any of these, you will be pleased. If you NoVA fellas come up to fish sometime, we can hit up the restaurant. I can also bring some if we ever get a trip together. Just let me know. You must take me to this place I think theres an ABC in Harrisburg, but I have never stopped in. There's a Yuengling factory up near Cabela's, great tour there!

Getting started pouring plastics
x2. Molds aren't cheap. You're looking at at least $30 dollars per mold. Try and find some used ones that people are selling. Plastic is cheap and so are the colorants and glitter BUT if you want to make a whole bunch of different colors, you're going to have a ton of money wrapped up in that stuff. You can melt the plastic in a microwave, so no need to spend money on those heating units until you know your going to keep doing it.
