My new tube arrived last week. Somebody oughta tell Gerald Swindle that it works great for "monkey butt" too!- Guntersville, Al.
If you HATE your job now and think you would LOVE this new job, then maybe it would be worth it. If you're single with no roots, maybe. If you have a family you probably need the good pay and benefits for the wife and kids. Sounds like a good time to start a pros and cons list and weigh all the options. Fishing on Guntersville everyday, while very exciting, would be very low on my prioirty list. There are just too many other important things to consider in a move like that.- Hey Raider
I'm sure that's why John Harbaugh was yelling at the suits on the sideline during the outage.- Early Spring!
That stinking varmint is right only 39% of the time.- Hey Raider

SF isn't going quietly into the night. 28-23 now.- Cigar Aficionado
Partagas cifuentes y cia is my favorite so far.- Hey Raider
Hold on folks! Don't go to bed yet! 28-20- Hey Raider
Yeah they got a stationary bike hooked up to a generator! Pedal man! Pedal!- Well Played Buffalo Wild Wings, Well Played
I wonder how much they sell in thirty minutes. It would probably shock you.- " 0 Warning Points " ?
Quick! Lock it while its still a good thread!- Windows 8
Apple's iOS is written in Linux.- Dicks Sporting Goods
My DSG has chopped their fishing inventory in half. I too got some killer deals on clearance but they don't carry much anymore. My local Walmart has almost got more than DSG!- Worth It?
I've used a few different fluorocarbon lines. I started with p line, switched to Seguar, then to yozuri hybrid ultra soft. I hated the yozuri. It had way too much memory for my applications. I switched back to Seguar invisX. FOR ME, it's the best. My next switch will be from power pro braid (which I think is pretty good) to Seguar kanzen braid to see if I like it better. Whatever you do, don't buy a 1000 yard spool of anything until you know what you like.- Power Drive V2 Vs Terrova
Good choice. I chose Terrova also. Very happy I did. I didn't like the v2 pedal either.- Electronics
Another option is to buy used. You can get more for your money. Be careful and don't buy from someone who is unknown on the forums or has a low post count. Do your research to protect yourself. Here is a good option for you...- Seaguar Braid
Thanks to the pros for chiming in. Your input is very welcome and carries a lot of weight. And ya never know, the pros just might pick something up here that they have never heard of. Nobody knows everything. And think, some of you guys just might indirectly contribute to an elite series win!- Best Non-Dinner Ever!
I'm hungry now. I'm with Darren. Gotta have bacon. Nothing like that MEAT CANDY!- Ain't Nobody Got Time For That
LAWD HAVE MAAAHCY!- Direct Tv Or Dish?
I'm with redlinerobert. DirectTV sucks less. The most irritating thing about them is that they can just change the channel lineup willy nilly anytime they want. I signed up with certain channels and then one day they just up and delete one that I like and replace it (sometimes) with a stupid infomercial channel. I want my Outdoor channel back! I shouldn't have to pay another five bucks for a channel that was there when I signed up! This is my perpetual rant.- Windows 8
I WAS a lifelong pc guy. I now use apple products. All my pc's will be replaced with Macs when they die. I'm tired of open source.- Fishing Logs - Helpful Or Confusing?
I wish I were disciplined enough to keep good logs. I need a quick simple way to keep a fishing log every outing. I'm thinking maybe a gopro camera might be the trick.- I'm Baffled
Is to possible that when you are not in tournaments you are fishing slowly and not in a rush like you are in a tournament? Is the pressure of fishing in a tournament causing you to unknowingly fish faster than you should be i.e. "power finesse fishing"? When I get rushed while fishing, I tend to fish much faster than I should. As a consequence, my catch rates go way down. It is my single biggest challenge while fishing, especially while finesse fishing and deep cranking. I catch myself winding the crap out of a deep crank and have to slow down to the point that I can just barely feel the wobble of the bait. Similarly, it is very tough to dead stick a finesse bait while in a tournament which is a timed event. Like the old adage says, "when you think you're fishing slowly, fish slower!"- Manti Te'o
