  1. for finese i will use a texas rigged zoom finese worm with an unpegged 1/8 oz tungsten weight.
  2. i def dont have the money to be wasting these things, so i will only use the beat up ones as trailers, thanks for the input and advice.
  3. Also, i picked up a pack of yamamoto kreatures today and are those meant to be texas rigged also or are they good as jig trailers.

  15. would extra fast action be bad also? because another rod came up that had extra fast action and was medium heavy.
  16. i use basicaly all soft plastics and cranks. i mainly throw senko type baits, zoom finnese worm, and strike king elaztech shakeyhead worms.
  17. ok, only reason i was asking is because i am very iffy about the rod in the forsale section of these forums and found the rod mentioned aboved on another site that alot of my friends have had good expierences with.
  18. would a 7 foot medium heavy medium action st.croix avid work good for a single hook rod.
  19. ya im considering either trying wilde lake or if the boat is ready going out on anna or chesdin. all depends on the repair shop.
  20. i was just looking at the classes i will have to take for the next couple years since im majoring in aerospace engineering and some of the math courses ive never even heard of lol. so i can only imagine how hard they will be.

  22. for casting, a medium rod in my experience will help you cast lighter lures farther and i think it is just a superior rod for lighter cover than a medium heave to heavy rod.
  23. i dont care about the running depth being super deep often so i use 17lb monofilamint.
  24. i love the z-7 or z-9 so either would work if i had no limit on spending money.
  25. by the way i wasnt sure if you said you will be pitching or flipping these plastics or just casting them into lighter cover. i usually cast into lighter cover with the setup i stated above.
