    Ltrain, welcome aboard!
  2. Welcome to the forums, and back to fishing, Brian!
  3. Wow, blame Apple for your mistake I bet Siri did it to you just to spite you! It will live on in infamy. Yo Zurich Hybrid!
  4. Congrats! Great yak! Do what I and others have done. Fish in it for a while before making any major modifications (drilling etc.) You will want to consider an anchor trolley (both sides is helpful), among other options. But the Cuda is rigged really well for fishing to begin with, so you may not add much other than a crate to the back for the time-being.
  5. Yo Zurich is a hip-hop German fishing line. Yo Zuri, however, is not. I've used smoke purple, but primarily use the green. Like roadwarrior said, smoke blends well. I find green best for the waters I fish - at least to my eyes. But I wouldn't balk at using smoke.
  6. First, welcome to the forums. You can spool with braid, mono, fluorocarbon... Give a little more info on what you plan to use it for and the suggestions will flow.
  7. I guess I am missing the joke...
  8. My boys love Ramen noodles...
  9. Welcome aboard, Nathan!
  10. Welcome aboard, Phil!

    Welcome aboard!
  13. I don't bring a change of clothing, but I've capsized in my canoe! Lost a fairly new pair of crocs that day in the muck, lost tackle, soaked my $300 camera, and my cell phone. An expensive outing that was.
  14. Water, but if I have my sunflower seeds, all is right in the world.
  15. This is what I'd suggest, as well. I primarily fish them wacky, and they're killer.
  16. Condolences offered. Sad loss. My wife's Dad passed away at age 42, one year after we were married. At least he got to witness his eldest daughter being wed. Had a brain tumor, cancer. Took him way too soon, and way too fast. A tough time, to be sure.
  17. TW carries the Yamamoto Senko in "oxblood". Never used the color myself, but look interesting.
  18. I feel so sorry for you guys! I kid. I have 4 boys, so nothing like that hits my house very often. Give us LoTR, Hobbit, Pacific Rim, Avengers, anything action and we're good. Although my wife took them all to see the Lego movie and they ALL absolutely loved it. (I had to work)...
  19. I finally saw my first MLF on the Outdoor Channel here. Loved it! I liked it even better than the Bassmaster series!
  20. Somebody get this man a drink! He needs it! LOL. Must have a bunch of daughters who watched it hundreds of times....
  21. I'm going with the Symetre. I've got spare spools for my Stradics, only used them one time and that's because I put a different braid on one so as not to get rid of the braid on the other one. Not sure the extra spool (at least for me and my uses) is all it's cut up to be. Others may employ differing techniques where a spare spool with a different line is a necessity. My 2 cents.
  22. Welcome aboard! Tons of info to be absorbed on the forums. Do a search for "patterns" and see what comes up.
