i dont think you should even try to get sponsors until you are 18 and get a job and education to support yourself for one. Its a lot easier to get better at fishing when your parents support your living for you and you can concentrate the most on fishing.So use those 18 to 20 years wisely lol. Start working your way up and earn a reputation. Get a solid place in life. THEN worry about sponsors and the whole 9 yards

Alright well some of you know that we recently bought a new ranger 185 vs. Well its about the prettiest boat i have ever seen i will have to post pictures sometime the boat is awesome.Well we bought it tuesday,but the guy wanted to put a new battery and stuff before he gave it to us,so we just got it today (Friday).Well we didnt notice it till now,But the Skeg below the propeller( if you dont know what im talking about look at the picture on the link i posted and you'll see a picture of one) was bent a little to the left at the very tip of the shark fin looking part. Used to hate crankbaits.Now i LOVE them ;D i prefer shallow running crankbaits and lipless crankbaits. Sometimes when the tulle bite dies at the delta,you go to the levees and rock piles and slay em on crankbaits

Yea i thought about that.Humminbird has basically the same graph and its a little cheaper.It has better reviews too Product reviews are a crap shoot. You have no idea if the people actually know how to run the unit. I can't understand how a review can be out on a product that is not even on the market or has been distributed to their pro staff. Well humminbird and lowrance are the top in the industry so whichever one we get should be awesome

Oh and also we had a place on the water at the south end,and it was pretty calm at parts of the day,mostly at dusk,but our place was in paradise cove,and when we got past the narrows it was like deadliest catch (clear lake always is) and we were tired of it so we just turned around and looked for a different spot back by our end

Idk if you know where im talking about but theres a Bar and Grill on the water,forgot the exact name,but it also has a gas pump,but anyway it has 2 sides of docks and behind the left side there was a protected gravel bank with willow trees mixed in,and there were a bunch of bed fish.Nothing big though.Dang we needed a powerpole lol its stressful to kick on and off the trolling motor and try to grab things that kept u in place.Those bedfish are hard to work sometimes. i flipped a tube for like 30 min and it took him awhile to finaly get interested to take it all the way. The bite was so tough we were just trying to scrap up some fish

Fixed it for ya. U are right about the nitro only the z 9s are top of the line. But the evinrude thing no mercury dominates all Merc's are good as long as its not a XR6(which is what im stuck wit right now) for that reason I would go with(and like to have) either and evenrude or yamaha. Thats why u get a PRO XS SON ;D.All mercurys optimaxes are the top.I dont know about their 4 strokes,but their line of optimax are BA

Doesnt really matter which one. I like minn kota better myself but they're both the top 2 brands.In fact theyre the only brands i know of haha

Alright the boat we just bought doesnt have the best electronic theyre garmins,which will help get the job done, but yea Garmin isnt too good at making fish finders. But any suggestions?We want a good one for the dash. Max price 7 to 800 dollars. MUST have GPS in it. Would like side or down imaging but i doubt ull get that for that price range but if you know of any thats great. the graph also must be colored i dont want a black and white graph lol. Ya itll hit around 64 65 at full throttle im pretty sure thats what the guy said. It has a ton of storage i know. Big livewell too and rodlockers im excited for that cause are old boats locker could only hold like 5 6 foot max rods. This one has 2 rod lockers,one takes 7'6'' rods and the other takes 7. perfect boat ;D
