  1. 25 merc. bogged down at all throttle speeds . good idle at times when its warmed up, but when cold it seems it runs out off gas when i put it in gear,..water pump has good stream..replaced all gas lines, pick up in tank, ,prime bulb, water separator, cleaned full filter... could it be the plugs or wires.. or is it definitely a carb issue? thanks.
  2. Put in this morning at Cannon. Water was at 83 degrees, water was stained mostly, but clearer than usuall from the rain we got lately.I passed through two canals. I idyled through one ok ,but I had to use the trolling motor and paddle through another.Water level still low. The bite was desent early, on crankbaits, and flukes worked slowly near vegatation. However, size wasnt to impressive. 7-7-10

  6. Yes. do the same thing you would do with a gun..get a good prep ...and a good final clear coat.... its hard to do eyes with can paint, it may be better to order some.. binder supports make good shad dots..various hair combs make stripe patterns.. aquarium nettings makes scales.its different though unless you can find pearls and candy paint, metal flakes ect.in a can..

  8. Just curios how often you guys get new stuff I try to get a new combo when i can which is usually about every 5 years.I have quite a few and still use some of the older ones. But, with all the new technology that comes out ,I end up getting a more up to date combo about every 5 years. Unless one breaks down ,and needs to be replaced sooner.

  18. Re: 10 mistakes amateur anglers make Reply #5 - May 16th, 2010 at 8:32pm Here is a few of my mistakes i made in the past 1.try to hard to be a pro, than what is important 2.not soaking in information from a boater if a co-angler 3.following the trends of what everyone else is doing instead of being ones self 4.not believing in yourself that what your doing is the right move 5.not experimenting, stuck on one or two things or ways 6.understanding and reacting to change of conditions 7.knowing on water experience is priceless 8.intimidated by others, rigs, and product. 9.not giving a 100 %,100% of the time 10.knowing the importance of self image/marketing skills
