Ive been making a few baits from wood, this motivates me to go try to catch something with them

1.- junebug 2.-watermelon red flake 3.-smoke

T- rig , flip em/ pitch em/ or fish them the same as you would a worm.Personally i have had better luck with the baby hogs.

Throw them around bank cover 2+ feet water. Throw count to 3 ,pop,and repeat till line is in. I have found the jitterbug to work well at night and also making several cast to a same location annoys a fish until they strike.

pick up a rapala original floating minnow.f-11 or f-13 for l.m. really no wrong way to fish em.

If what you practiced shuts down, you could try to get a quick limit of males making the bed w/ a lizard, then head for the money fish in the staging area with a spinner bait, but i never fished that lake so its kind of dock talk. good luck.

For me all of the above -Example mono-topwater, trebble baits,helps float braid- for flippin- pitchin cover floro- when line sight is more important but yet abrasion resistant

Good looking fish. Maybe, I need to try a white pond magic spinner-bait.Should start to see them on beds after the gills are done.

Anyone ever used a Megabass rod or reel? From what I understand they are made by Daiwa, and tuned by Megabass. Just wondering if someone has used or seen them in person,and your opinion of them. http://www.tackletour.com/reviewmegabasspreview05.html

made this one with $1.50 cans colorplace place from wallyworld. dipped in polly for clear. my problem is i cant figure out how to paint the eyes with can spray paint.
