  1. 65+ is really were it turns on for me in Florida. Low light conditions are traditionally considered the best. Night, mornings, and overcast. Keep using it should pick up for you soon. My first topwater bite this year was at 63 degree water. However, fish can be caught year round with them, under any condition giving the right presentation. But, may not be the best producing bait at that particular time.
  2. I like the idea of the 3 fish limit-since you cant run and gun like the 225 bass boat. Maybe even try a tourny- biggest fish wins, most everyone would weigh one in and fell like they have a shot.
  3. my dad has a 32lb. on a 12ft. v . and it works just great.
  4. nice to meet ya, mabey i will run into you at teneroc or somewhere.

  9. I'm sure it will vary for different people. Its just what works best for you, just like for other baits. I use 6.6 med. 6.3.1. 12lb. mono for walking,But thats just what i like to use.
  10. smoked mullet w/ salt and pepper is my favorite fish to eat
  11. Does anyone, go hunting without bait, food plots, feeders, motion cameras, stands, blinds ect.? It seems most folks don't run dogs, walk the fire lanes or brush no more to spook up something.I guess this is where it turned from a survival harvest to a sport. To me it would be like fishing a private stocked pond.

  13. i have always prefered interstate marine as well, never had a issue.
  14. nice snook you got there man. didnt even have to drag the boat out.
  15. I would put a suspending jerkbait in there. The lizard bite here didnt turn on the lakes i fished this year until around 60deg., as well as the topwater bite.

  20. for w.h. try the dock on lake spring . there is a deep hole off it i found with my graph, you may be able to park across the street at the hotel.. it hasnt been as pressured becase the canal is dried up from lake cannon, but mirror/ spring canal if full..also lake silver you can walk around it pretty good and there is a dock -topwater-t-rig 10in.junebug worms and a bandit 300 size crank all work well.
