mishandling fish
Here's what bothers me..guys that intentionally mishandle a fish caught mistakenly, be it pickerel or whatever. They're still a live creature, yet some guys yank them by the gills or try to harm or kill them. I find it immature and irresponsible. And don't chime in with snakeheads...I'm talking non invasive fish.

Adios Rex Ryan
Steelers coach, tomlinson, has had big ben his entire coaching career...giants tanked coughlin after a bad year..not the 2 best examples to use. Rex was successful his first couple of years with the jets because he had a good o line and a stellar d..he poached some good talent from the ravens as he knew them. His offensive game plan requires a good back and a good o line, and without a good d any team is sunk, and i don't think he has had any of those since his first couple years with the jets. I also think he benefitted from being a new guy, and his bluster worked on that team for 2 years, then it went downhill, quickly. I think he need to take on a DC role somewhere, that would be his strong suit.

Star Wars Rogue One - Anybody See It?
The more time I have to reflect on it, the more I think the movie was lame. It was very predictable, no characters were worthy of emotional attachment and it had none of the trademark battle scenes..meaning good 1 on 1 fights, everything was large scale. I will end up buying the dvd as our family has the collection and my kids will watch it, but force awakens was leaps and bounds better than this one. this was better than the phantom menace and clone wars only because jar jar binks wasn't in it.

Fishmas 2016
00Mod nailed it..swimbaits, almost exclusively what I've been throwing, except for a jig with a rage tail attached. The kicker is the dranckrazy fike, a truly unique, handmade lure from Japan. That thing is going on my line, and I can't wait to post a pic with that thing hanging out of the fishes mouth. Thanks Jeff!! Awesome job!

Adios Rex Ryan
as we've seen in every sports league, a team can go from suck to champ in one season with the right mix of players and coaching...of course those teams don't have to play the Patriots.

Whats in the Powerbait?
When I was in my late teens-early 20s, my brother and I would bring 3 or 4 bags of power worms, tequila sunrise or red shads, some split shot and snelled eagle claw hooks..thats all we needed to pull countless bass from wherever we fished. By the end of the day we absolutely stunk.

200 vs. 50 sized reels
yes..it really depends on how often you will use them. The 50 is lighter and easier to palm, but can handle almost anything except for maybe larger swim baits.
