I don't own any rods with um, but I fished with a buddy's and while they slightly improve casting distance (Maybe 10 yds at most) the sensitivity felt the same to me. So long story short, I'd buy them. But to the guides defense i've never fished his pole before that and didn't fish wish it long so I really didnt get a feel for it. I'd get Micro Guides IMO

Triumph, Or get the Revo S/ All-star ASR rod combo for $119-- Thats getting a Revo for ten dollars less than MSRP and a free rod.

Just a heads up, dicks is selling fishing stuff like there going out of business, but there NOT going out of business (Or atleast my dick's) I picked up 300yds or 65# PowerPro for $6.53!!! Also they have a Revo S/All-star ASR combo for $119 A revo itself costs 129 so your getting a Revo for $10 off AND a free rod!!! I saw it today, but my mom had to drag me away because my drooling at the prices was bothering the customers!!! ;D lol

Anybody else heard of the 8 footer Bull shark caught today on the Potomac river? Buy, how much fun it would be to pull in that baby on an unbreakable ugly and a Revo with 65# braid ;D If I fought that fish and didn't know I had a shark I think i'd better change my pants when I pulled it ashore. LOL

Its interesting because alot of the smaller lakes I fish around here, people put non-native fish in. In Big Lake Arrowhead (a residential only lake) somebody released Piranhas in it. I know because i've caught one. I wouldn't be supprised if Lake Anna had bull sharks.

Haha...someone didn't think it through when they made that sign in the second picture. If I were a resident of that street, I would upset that the township was calling my child "slow." Hahahaha I know. I was going through a "less fortunate" part of town a couple months ago and someone had changed a sign from "Children at play" to "Black children at play" Hahaha thank you Fat-G!! now I have Lo-Carb MONSTER and peanut-butter ritz all over my computer screen! ;D ;D
