  3. St croix avid 7' mhm Curado 200e5 10lb Seaguar Tatsu Bomber bd8f citrus shad crank with upgraded trebels. Jeff
  4. My #1 dislike about it is this: If you lay your rods on the deck of the boat, there is always a guide(guides) facing down into the carpet. Not a problem unless you step on it. On conventional rods, the guides are up and the risk of damage is reduced. Other than that, they are pretty cool! Jeff

  6. Yea..I was busting you a little. I 100% believe all of your weights. I love how you jab everyone else about not having a scale and guessing weights. Jeff
  7. Ahh, that makes more sense! Jeff
  8. Hanyes? Who is he? Jeff
  9. I have caught big bass on hudd 68's on an underpowered rod. Rod rated to 1.5 oz. BUT, and that is a big BUT, I have also missed some fish, and on my 2 biggest, the hook/bait fell out when the fish hit the net. Biggest problem with an under powered rod and a big swimbait, is not having enough rod to move the 2oz+ bait AND set the jig hook well enough not to get it thrown. Get a rod rated for the correct line/weight and you will be much happier! Jeff
  10. Something there doesn't add up. If you are throwing away a 9-8, you have 49+ lbs........ 42lbs is a 8+lb average. Not 10 Jeff
  11. I fish it in any water. But where I think it excels is on cranks 15'+. Bomber BD8F has been my #1 producer. I also use this color on squarebills. Jeff

  13. Hey Shimmy, that first one is from your head all the way to your waist. LOOOOOONNNGG fish. Sure it wasn't 14.4lbs? Did you even have a scale? Jeff
  14. Even though this color isn't the most natural, I have had a ton of luck with it. In fact my PB came on a Bomber BD8F in Citrus Shad as well as my new freshwater other fish pb on the road trip...... Jeff

  16. Never have done poles, but if you have an opportunity, and they are not the creosoted, I would make sure there was room under them, and they do not move. Seems bass like to be under logs and trees that do not move! That creosote is not a good thing though. Jeff http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/phs/phs.asp?id=64&tid=18
  17. It was my fast thumb that got the right pic!!!! Jeff
