  1. Did you have a bad experience?
  2. You don't think the Falcons have a chance?
  3. How does the White Lightin' taste?

  5. I have heard the same thing about the apple pie. Not very strong, but it tastes amazing. Is straight moonshine the same as grain alcohol? If so it is not worth it.
  6. The Seahawks win and the Colts lose...something is wrong.
  7. Have you been watching the Fish Fishburne Show?
  8. I'm in the same boat. I get on BR as much as possible.
  9. Thanks for the replies guys. That was fast. I changed the "most people" to "some people" after reading the replies.
  10. I hear a lot about people not liking having a foregrip on their rods. The only rod I have ever fished with a foregrip was when I was fishing for snapper in Florida, so I don't have much experience with them. My question is why do some people dislike foregrips?
  11. Didn't see that one coming. ;D ;D
  12. Around $3.00. I get .20 off though because of Kroger Plus points at Shell.
  13. That's a great fish. I wish my striper trip panned out the way it was supposed to so I could have had a fish like that.
  14. I'm doing dual and rolement my senior year. And next year (Junior) I will be taking some AP classes. Did you mean dual enrollment?
  15. If we are talking all species, not just bass, I would have to say J Francho and Fourbizz. They catch some big fish. Dwight seems like he only catches big fish as well. It would be hard to pick the best because not everyone posts in the Fishing Trip section and the people that do don't post about every trip.
  16. The government? Do you mind elaborating.
  17. Change the 65 to 50 and my answer is yes.
  18. Why wouldn't you use a snap with a jig if not for sensitivity? Does it affect the action or what? Just curious.
  19. I said I used to use snaps with every lure I threw, that includes jigs. Since then I have switched to tying directly to most baits and that has increased sensitivity. You don't think that tying direct increases sensitivity? In my experiences it has.
  20. OK maybe my wording is wrong. I wasn't talking about using a swivel at all. I thought the OP meant to say he was using snaps instead of swivels because they are easier to change lures with. All I am saying is that tying directly to a lure will increase sensitivity over tying to a snap. If the OP was indeed talking about swivels, then the sensitivity factor still holds true. It would increase sensitivity to tie directly to a lure than to use a swivel or snap. That's all I am trying to say.
  21. I assumed that the OP was talking about snaps instead of swivels because I don't see how swivels make it easier to attach lures. I said that tying direct is more sensitive than using a snap, but if he is in fact talking about swivels, my answer still holds true.
  22. I used to use snaps on every lure, but I still caught fish. I started tying directly to jigs and soft plastics and the sensitivity increased some, but I didn't notice any difference in the number of bites. I think you will be fine, but I would try tying direct.
  23. Why are the ponds frozen over in my part of Ohio and not where you're from ? Exactly what I was asking and I live further south too. :-?
  24. You're 15. I think your opinion on school will change in a few years.
  25. I treat mine pretty well, but you can definitely tell they are used. I don't really mind how they look as the long as they function like new. Regarding setting the rod down while bank fishing, I usually set it down on the ground if I'm fishing on grass, but if I'm standing on rocks I usually lean it on my tackle bag. Never really noticed any scratches from putting it on the ground, but you gotta be careful not to step on it.
