  1. That's a slick lookin reel. Not sure I could get use to the position of things though. How do you like it so far?
  2. thats why i added the (?) as the icon. i smell a rat. Oh, I didn't see it.
  3. Are you sure this is real? I can't seem to find anything else about it and ESPN just said that Kolb will start instead of Vick, implying that Vick is still on the team.

A truck with a cap is basically the same as an SUV except for the seats. If you don't need to fit a lot of people in the vehicle, get a truck. I'm pretty sure the issue with the Dodge transmissions is a thing of the past, so anything fairly new should be alright. I don't have any experience with Jeeps, but can tell you I have never seen one hauling a big bass boat.

You can get fairly good gas mileage with a Dodge Ram 1500 and even a 2500. My dad has a Dodge and he beats on it and it's still tickin. Are looking to get a manual or an automatic. I have heard that Dodge's automatic transmissions can have some problems, so I would look into that as well.

I am majoring in business right now and if I were to transfer schools, I would not completely leave business out of the equation. The school I am looking at offers degrees in business, so I would probably minor in business along with learning a trade. You make some good points though and I don't have to make my decision right away, so I'll think about it. Slonezp, I will come up with some questions and probably get back to you in the next couple of days.
  7. I said PQ just because of it's quality for the price and because it's the only one I have used from that list. I have used various Quantums and Shimanos as well and have been very impressed with all of them. Get a reel in your hands before you buy it if possible though.
  8. I currently go to the University of Cincinnati, but am quickly realizing that this sort of school may not be for me. I am just exploring my options right now and I have been looking into HVAC schools, such as the University of Northwestern Ohio. Does anyone have a career in this sort of field? How hard was it to find a job? Basically any information from experience would be appreciated.

Can it be a diesel? Any diesel can basically handle that. If you are looking for a gas truck, I would recommend an F150 or Dodge 1500/2500. I have experience with both of the trucks and they are great.
  10. What the ponds/lakes called? I live in SW Ohio, so I may be able to tell you what works for me if I have been there.
  11. I don't think that moss grows in the water. To address your question, I would use some type of craw (Rage Craw) or a straight tall worm because they just seem to slide through the "crud." If you are really set on using a weight, you should try to make it as light/small as possible to avoid getting snagged. A bullet weight would be your best bet. Rage Craws are fairly heavy even when rigged weightless, so I don't think you would have a problem with casting distance.

YES! If you don't know the answer, guess C.

Haha for the uber hard questions i've been known to write "When am I going to need this in life, again?" ;D Or in science and it ask's why something does something i've written "Because Im a Doctor" or "Because Old Spice can make your man smell like me" or some really stupid answer to make my teacher laugh when they read it. That's hilarious man. The commercials are annoying as all get out, but that was funny. ;D ;D ;D
  14. Don't give up too easy. Craws are definitely not in all ponds/lakes. They are in a lot, but not all.
  15. Why did the ghost go into the bar? For the boos!
  16. Well it looks like I am going to get the bluegill despite the mixed reviews. It's only $20 so I won't lose much if I don't like it. I was also thinking about getting the Tylure Kicker Sunfish. Any thoughts about this lure?

Woah!!! I hope that's not due tomorrow.
  18. A Buccaneer is a pirate. How can you ask a pirate where his pirates are?
  19. Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of getting the black crappie and the bluegill. It's what bass primarily feed on in my waters. You tried either of the two?
  20. Anyone ever tried these? http://www.***.com/Jackall_Giron/descpage-JG.html I'm looking to get into throwing hard swimbaits, but I can't bring myself to spend $30+ on one lure. I figured these might do the trick without breaking the bank. Any opinions on this lure would be greatly appreciated.

"It's called a Snooki." ;D ;D ;D Almost looks identical to the real one.

I am watching it right now and it is hilarious. I usually hate the show, but there are certain episodes that are amazing.
  23. Agreed. A meal is a meal and a bass won't pass up either choice in hopes of finding something better. Ever tried tossing out a pork chop? ;D Yeah, it's my go to lure.
  24. I think they would want you to fish for bass, so they can catch more trout. There is really no reason for anyone to be mad at you for trying to catch a lunker. Just tell them your trying a new technique for trout, but all you can catch is bass.
  25. Agreed. A meal is a meal and a bass won't pass up either choice in hopes of finding something better.
