Spot Removers, Strike King Tour Grade, and Ike Heads I use all of them and they all work fine.

My truck takes 90 to fill up and I make anywhere between 80 to 100 a week at work........ and don't forget insurance for the truck, fishing expenses and anything else that cost $$$.

All I know is that I don't think anyone went to bay springs. My club had a tournament there 2 weeks ago and the largest bag was only 9 lbs but I don't think that really matters much. Mark Rose did the run and won there but again.... it's Mark Rose

Depends where you're fishing. If I'm fishing an ox-bow or smaller reservoir I will want to use 3/16, 1/4, 5/16 and maybe 3/8. If I'm fishing a river system or larger reservoir I will use 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4. Never found use for a 1 oz jig seems like overkill.

It's so sporadic down here it's crazy. We go from having 70 degree weather to having 30 degree weather. Our water temps are not having time to rise before another cold front moves through. It feels like god is messing with us giving us warm weather for 3 days and bringing back the cold. It sucks.....

Hard question, I can say I do it for my Dad cause this was his sport; it was something he was good at. But he is also the same person who has been not wanting me to pursue fishing tournaments and to quit. I guess I do it to prove him wrong, but mainly I do do it for myself. It's one thing that I have found that I'm good at and fully enjoy. I'm never going to stop cause I'm not going to stop pushing myself. Like Ike says "NEVER GIVE UUUPPPP"
