  1. Trying to find my first boat........ :-[
  2. Wish there was people like you in my area. No one wants to donate time or anything to start youth bass clubs in West TN.
  3. Question, anyone know how to contact Terminator baits? I can't find a single email adress or phone number. There was one but it doesn't work anymore. I think it was the one before Normark or Rapala or whatever bought Terminator out that I used.
  4. How? None of my T1s have ever needed tuning, even if they did how can you? The arms snap back or don't bend at all.
  5. Any crankbait as long as it's a Bandit!!
  6. It all depends. I use 1/4 and 3/8 alot but will go to 1/2 in deeper water. The blades make a difference too.
  7. X2 and the Swindle powerheads but I don't think they sell those at basspro
  8. Man that looks good!! Make it Seaguar Tatsu or Invisx
  9. Got a half ounce buzz bait to the head, a jig hook to the back of the ribs, and the guy I was fishing with cut his hand open with a pair of pliers. My dad in the other boat caught a 4.5 and wouldn't let us forget it. "great day" Now I'm ticked off and tired
  10. Good line for a good price use it for carolina rigging
  11. Maybe goin to Yellow Creek tomorrow but it's a maybe right now.
  12. oh by the way "Don't apologize sign of weakness" you can probably guess who said that haha.
  13. Is that a nice way of saying "jackass"? j/k ;D Not at all...LOL...He posted another doom and gloom thread not too long ago and I posted a pic of eeyore. I'll have to find that thread. EDIT: here it is http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1298907638 lynyrdsky1 is a great kid. I feel really bad that he came to Boston for about 4 days working a convention and I was unable to meet up with him. Well the way it seems it was good I didnt see you haha jkjk. Yea I've seen a trend in my posts not going to go into what may be causing it haha. But today was the last day of springbreak everything turned out well this whole week got alot of hours in at work, cleaned the house, ESPECIALLY my room, and cleaned the boat. You probably guess which was the hardest part haha.
  14. that sounds pretty fun until you got to the radiator. i love cutting down and chopping wood. Took care of the radiator this morning. Now, on to the rest of the crap. lynyrdsky1, my trade offer still stands. ;D haha man wish I could help. I actually found something constructive haha been cleaning and waxing my dad's boat all morning. Wish I had money to do the carpet but I dont :-/
  15. Yea I know, I got work everyday but only 4 hours a day so I got the rest of time to do whatever.
  16. Only problem is, everyone I usually hang with is out of town in Destin or Orange Beach.
  17. Yea but besides the ponds being bad I'm scared off braking all my stuff again like the last :-[.
  18. Trust me haha, thats already been covered. I've been getting real burn't out on pond hopping lately though I rather be on a lake. All the ponds around here, unless they are private, are horrible and poorly managed. Mostly I've been in the back yard practicing tho.
  19. No where to go and nothing to do. What a great waste of a free week.
  20. After my first tournament I realized I have alot to learn. I personally think I won this tournament purely on luck. I'm not saying skill has nothing to do with it, I'm just saying in this circumstance, luck made a difference. I was real sloppy when it came to my casts and I was hanging up alot. Being left handed and fishing with someone who is right handed didn't make things easier. Towards the end of the fishing time I thought I had lost; in most situations this would of been the case. When I got to the weigh-in I got a great surprise. At that first moment I thought " man If I'm good enough to win my first tournament then I'm good enough to fish bigger tournaments". The more I've thought about, the more I've realize that I'm extremely far from being experienced enough to fish big tournaments. The reason I put this in the resumes section is because, many people want to go right into these big tournaments and automatically want sponsors. You just can't do that. You have to prove yourself; not just to others but mainly to yourself. If I had won with a 5 fish limit and every other non boater had a 5 fish limit and didn't make any mistakes then that would of said something different but that is not what happened. It's like luck is the rabbit in the race; it may get you close to the end fast but it may not be able to help you complete what you are after. Skill is like the turtle; it may take along time but if you do it right, you will achieve what you want. Hope this make since to whoever reads this.
  21. they make good $100 paper weights. Either spend around the same price and get a BPS PQ or spend more and get a Shimano Citica
  22. Yeah miles is some one who I hang out with at tournys and stuff and talk to alot. I dont mean to make is sound like im up set or any thing I was just pointing out that there are some excellent anglers who do diserve the the air time. isn't he the guy who played "Radar" on M*A*S*H's son? umm... oh my mistake haha
