I used to think the same way well iv always wanted kids I never seen my self settling down and neither did anyone else. Then I started dating my wife and we got married pretty young I was 21 she was 18. We had only "dated" for a few months before getting hitched and every one was shocked I was a manwhore and she was crazy party child and we both settled down together. Everyone thought it wouldn't last but a few months and we will be celebrating our 5 year this year. Yeah it was rocky at times I mean really rocky 2 years ago we split for a summer I left her for another women and iv regretted it ever sense after 2 months I came crawling back to her and there isn't a day that goes by that I dont ask her and god for forgiveness. Yeah im stressed like a MOFO especially as of lately being deployed and having to deal with everything via email,oovoo, and instant messenger but iv also never been happier I would be lost with out my wife and kids. I would never even think of being with another women besides her for the rest of my life even with all the stress she causes. Our sons are to little to cause to much stress right now Noah just turned 3 the other week and Jack will be 1 this summer. them boys are my life also having kids is the greatest feeling in the world the joy they bring especially when there Noahs age the things they say and do I have a video of him my wife sent me he seen a C130 leaving the airbase in Niagara falls not to far from our apt and he pointed to it and said I was in the army plane and that im his hero and coming home soon. Its a crazy feeling looking at your kids saying to your self wow that came from me its truely like magical seeing little things from the wife or my self in the boys they got her looks and attitude with my energy and love for the outdoors its great. Would I recommend marriage though I don't anyone could answer that but your self yeah being a bachelor is fun I had a lot of good times but I wouldn't trade them for what I have now with or with out the kids my wife thinks the kids are the reason for everything I say or do but there not id just as willingly keep a life of just me and her as I would with the kids over being single the kids are just an awesome bonus. Who knows you could end up meeting some one you cant live without and throw your way of thinking now right out the window and get hitched or just date for the rest of your lives never getting married my older sister has been with the same guy for 16 years now not married and 1 kid together to each there own. The only one who can tell ya how its gonna play out in the end is yourself also on a side note just cause your married with kids doesn't mean its the end all be all of fishing just find a good women who supports it my wife fishes and hunts my kids go also. The fighting and bickering makes for great make up sex or a good push at the gym my best days come after arguing with the wife I put up insane amounts forcing my self to do it again next time good motivation.

yeah you can connect them with a alberto knot the 30# will dig more but not as bad as lighter braid so if ur still learning might be best to keep 50# + on there but if you got a good grasp on the concept go for it. how short are you on spool more then like 2 cast lengths.

I had similar questions last summer and got a lot of the same answers but a few I don't see so far and that helped me are use a larger circle hook with a snell knot. the sinker will "cam" the hook for easier/better hook ups. hmmmmm this is gonna be vague I apologize in advance its been a while I went to college in the area Barren institute now lincoln tech but i lived at the dorms in enfield. I caught a few on the Ct. river where the bridge over passes it heading into down town by the mall. I cant remember that road though it has 6 flags on it along with the culinary school. Off that road there's a few access points and side roads leading to spots I just explored when i was there. I fished crystal lake a few times not much luck but I don't think i ever went there sober or pre occupied if you know what I mean I was in college after all. I think there was a few spots in sommers also don't remember exactly same reason as crystal lake. Hope ya find some spots I know there out there

Also if you have waders or dont mind wet feet walk out to the point there's a big rock you can stand on and cast from and reach spots you cant get to from the bank its on the inside of the "u" cant miss it then the rock is maybe 15 feet out slants to the left and drops off deep right in front of it so don't slip lol.

Does any one here have one? the wife has been asking for one and im gonna order it this upcoming week with a veritas to match it. Im not sure what size to get its gonna be mostly used for smaller type baits but needs to be able to handle a decent sized fish she seems to have a golden horseshoe when it comes to fishing for sunnies or other small fish and hooking into like a 5lb bass or angry pike even a 30lb carp one time. So I want a reel sized well enough for her smaller hands and be comfortable and still handle the wide range of bait she will throw. I know alot of that will come from the rod though. With every manufacturer sizing there reels different its hard to tell with out having hands on and it will be purchased online as im over seas and there's no BPS or gander mountains in Kuwait. Thats awesome my oldest is the same way. We were at a christmas party at the armory for my unit and they had a bounce house kids were taking balls in there and Noah had one and a kid maybe a year or 2 older then him tried batting it out of his hands and failed. Noah then proceeded to run circles around the kid dodging tackles stiff arming the kid laughing yelling "what" "dis my ball" taunting him. I have pics of it some where i'll see if I cant find it.

How do you tell the knock offs from real on there the ones I have bid on were still in the package so I assumed they were real.

im not paying msrp im simply watching and waiting then ill pull the trigger on some. I wait till I see a good deal like the huskey jerks I got 3 NIB for 7.50 shipped iv bought a few lots on there all pretty cheap but there few and far between all the lucky crafts start cheap and go up at the last minute i thought i had some pointers in the bag for 19.50 4 of em with 15 minutes left i went to the bathroom came back and i lost the auction and they went for 50+ shipping.

are Lucky Craft baits worth all that money? with my new found love for ebay iv been eyeballing em up if i can get good deals but even on there they go for full price or more. are they really any better then a fraction of the price Bandits, SK, Normans, Manns, Storm, Rapalas.
