That's what I do iv been keeping em under me so to speak not reachig out there I'm just constantly getting told to step it out take longer strides which I do towards the end but it's like a quick drain and I'm usually quicker by staying af my quick turn over lookin like a humming bird as guys have started to say. The side stitches came I think from not letting my arms ad hands be relaxed I left em high and clenched for a while and cramped up I kept telling my self tinker em hand and relax but always found my self holding em high. When j run to the gym i keep em low by my side and don't have an issue. Just can't seem to do that on the tests.

I still need help increasing my stride I keep getting told I run like my legs are humming bird wings I do fast short steps and need to lengthen my stride. Iv been running hills and tuning telephone poles walking to one jog to the next then sprint to the next ad reset start over. I know not to over stride cuz that's bad as well idk I just need better form. Side note the side stitches from the test the other day still hurts I musta pulled something in my side good cuz it still hurts to the touch and when I'm just walking.

Can't wear toe shoes in the army I wanted a pair but there's signs all over the gym stating the regs an saying u can't wear them in the army. I used to love running bare foot when I was younger so I wanted to get them but I can't not while in uniform maybe once back stateside and back to drilling once a month I'll wear em for running at home but I'm not sure how switching to regular shoes for pt tests will work it would probably be negative.

I do but that's what fishings for! And huntings for fishing withdrawal. I get till end of march though for coyotes.......... If I was home to finish the season this year. I hope theirs fishing in Kuwait ha!

EOD would be cool I wanna reclass to the air force an do JTAC then guys are sweeeeeeeet callin in birds to drop bombs being attached to spec ops. If your serious about going the service route do your home work and don't be fooled by the recruiters there's alot of us here in the service or are prior service and could probably answer a good share of questions. I can give this advice right now DON'T go 11B infantry I love my job in the army it's a blast I like the dirt and blood and sweat but u can't apply it to a single thing out of the military.

That's how it works but my wife wants me to get mad and defend her and what not when guys hit on her but I dont. I take it as a complement some one else thinks my lady is hot after kids like I do then im doing pretty good for my self plus who's she in be next to ME! I used to be all hands on throw down when guys even looked at my girl in school or befor meeting my wife but it always ended with me in the dog house anyways or answering to the fuzz why I smashe a pool stick over the back of a guys legs. Luckily iv never gotten charged back in the day. Now it don't bother me hit on her it flatters both us she feels hot I feel good cuz I have her and you don't.

Not to worried bout speed with them now if I were buying my bass boat and had a job that provided me with extra cash for it I'd have a supped up rig I can't leave nothing stock it's the performance tunning mechanic in me I'd turbo the thing if it was possible lol

Not quite what ya asked but try t rigging them............just saying I just skin hook em and never have a issue but I don't use em on top just t rig rage gets the nod for topwater

I love your xpress it's the only bass boat iv been in though. There was one on CL in Rochester the other week for 6500 I think it was. I almost pulled te trigger on it but we were moving and renovating the new place so I didnt.

My breakfast was a small bagel with PB and yogert and a banana. I think the puke came from the 2 bottles of water I slammed just befor thinking I had some time to let it settle but I didn't it start time got pushed an hour to the left. I didn't stop from the side stitches and puked on the fly zig zaging to the outside of the track to puke. I run everyday thats what I'm weak on I improved every where though 12 more sit ups and 9 more push ups that I stoped on to save energy sense it wast for record so I did 50pu 58su and 1754 run wich is way off from my days when I joined getting high 70s low 80s in the pu and su and running 14 flat 2 miles. I'll be there though I'm headed to the gym tonight I think if I can get some one to go with me.

What would be a good family fishing boat? I want to get a boat when I get home from deployment an want some thing for me and my wife and boys. Some thing safe and roomy. I told the wife and she was cool with it she said she already knew I was getting a boat and had been looking for a bass boat to surprise me with(she's the best) but she was thrilled I was thinking of the family first and put the bass boat dream away. I will mostly be fishing small lakes and parts of Ontario and Erie probably the niagara river also. In thinking like 16 or 17ft deep v im not sure what to look for though or what ones are good.

Well I took a diagnostic test today and did good still failed the run but cut roughly 3 minutes off my 2 mile sense my last diagnostic. I ran today in 17:54 befor it was like 21ish horrible so I improved alot on 2 weeks. My biggest problem today was I had side stitches like a mother bleeper oh man did it hurt that and I stoped to deposit breakfast on the side of the track at the 1 mile mark and ever quarter mile after that lol. I got 3 weeks till my record test to get me promoted so I cut 3 min in 2 weeks befor now I got like a minute 18 to drop to make minimum requirment so I got this next time my goals 1636 min but in shooting for 15:00 not outa the question just want it in the 15s for now. Goal for end of deployment is 13:00 or less and maxing everything else and trying for ranger school or something else but ranger would be sweet.

Yeah I'm a huge fan of the .17 iv contemplated going for a .17 rem or fireball iv even found .17rem ar15 uppers but I just see dollar signs flying out the barrel with that thing lol. We have alot of fox around here it's primarly what I see but we also have alot of coyotes I know people drop them with the HMR so the hornet should do the job as well as long as placements good and I don't hit that shoulder idk time will tell cuz ny minds made up and I'm getting the hornet an the wife ain't stoping me lol.

I seen hornady had a factory load for their new .17 hornet not to be confused with the .17 ackly hornet. I seen the add months ago and couldn't find a gun chambered in it. Now savage has the 25 line chambered in it and I'm gonna have to pick one up when I get back from deployment. It's gonna be one of my fox/coyote guns on top of the .243 and AR. Anyone have the new hornady load or used a ackly version from what I read the only difference is the shoulders ones 25* the other is 30*

Man iv had so many them guns it ain't even funny perks of being sponsored by the guys that made freeflows we all had freeflow autocockers and shockers and matrixs. The old school shocker sf(shoe box) gets the most attention it's huge and slow for being an electro gun I need a new solenoid for her though she leaks and doesn't like to cycle under 2500psi and it's a air hog so it goes quick. Another thing that grinds my gears as I'm sitting on cq duty at 151am missing sleep is guys who sleep past there shift and I have to go wake them up so I can go to bed. Needless to say some ones bunk just got flipped over and they fell on the ground. Sure lit a fire under there arse to get here on time next time.

Omg do I know what your talking about iv been playin paintball sense I was 10 im 25 now so 15 years iv worked at several fields in my day even played a season pro and played in skyball twice in Toronto. The things them brats say and ***** about amazes me. My mom bought me 2 guns outa the probably 100 iv gone threw a spider and a rf worrgames cocker a 99 actually. I never griped like kids do now. It is fun when they complain they can't play with sai gun that it's not the newest and greatest then I bust out my shoe box shocker or a pneumatic cocker and smoke em some times with out a hopper single feeding em. I still have the two relics an a steel o2 tank just to see the faces I get and walk all over rich spoiled brats on the field.

FNGs who can't take a hit and cry cuz they got tackled and it hurt now we can't play speedball(football,soccer,basketball combined) all cuz our new guy can't take take a hit.

I want to get a kayak or bass boat after I get back from my deployment. I'm starting to lean towards a kayak but I got a few questions hopefully you guys can help me out. Kayaks 1. Cost what's a decent yak run I'm fine buying used as well. 2. Outfitting costs what can I put on the yak and what's it gonna cost me electronics, holders, what ever else ya need I'm new so clueless. 3. Do I need special rods 4. Storage is there alot of storage on yaks I have alot of gear like most of us. Those are my biggest questions really and of course ya need to know where I will be taking the thing. Lake Ontario tributarys, lake Ontario bays, lake Alice wich is a small lake, glennwood small lake like Alice. The tribs are ranging from shallow some what fast water but alot of calm bends and breaks. Some are 6-10ft fow rivers if u can call it that. I'm a faiths stocky guy but I'm droppin weight so I'll probably be about 170 or so on my return to the states. I'd prefer some thing stable to stand in I'm kinda clumsy as well so I'll prolie fall in that's inevitable but I wanna make it harder to do so lol. J Francho you know where I fish an are a kayak guy what ya recommend I know iv asked befor but I forgot I'm righting it down now and workin towards it.
