  1. Shikano! You had to edit that didn't you lol
  2. Warm thoughts and best wishes to you Dwight
  3. A company gives out a super deal, but then others want even more?? You're pushing a bit much there. If you really need it, you wouldn't wait
  4. I like the 68MXF model for spinner baits, I didn't like how the new spinnerbait models being medium heavy were rated less than other st croix medium heavys
  5. What are you doing with that arm, you know you could switch hit mr chronic...
  6. http://www.snopes.com/2015/11/12/bass-pro-shops-buying-cabelas/ I read that article before snopes and figured it was fishy when you never have a real source.
  7. The signature on the label is the parent
  8. I use mainly gulp, fleas/crabs/shrimp/bloodworms and the other is Fish Bites, it looks like chewing gum and doesn't last much when it gets wet so I stopped using it. When you buy gulp make sure you bypass the containers and get pick up the individual packs. The containers will never reseal no matter what you do, I've even bought the Plano jars for them and they still leak, it better to get the bags and not leak as much juice
  9. Good choice, I have an xg on my most used jig rod
  10. Sound, haven't seen a bass care about sound. Boat moving through water, walking on deck, bait hitting water, talking, music, coughing, motor prop, sonar pings etc all make sounds.. GPS positioning, depends a lot of where you're placed to get a signal. If I'm under a bridge I can get a good lock no matter what I'm using. Bad enough my cars Garmin have to await accuracy every time I turn it on. There have been times where I've been locked dead in a spot and other times I've move around 15 ft (in current)
  11. I have ran one through rough water several times. There is a mechanical element to deploying on the ulterra so it won't do the same free fall like the terrova will.Furthermore, if you plan on running in rough water, MK tells you to drop the lock nut so the shafts does not drop and self depoly.
  12. If cabs was smart they would buy Yamaha and academy sports, so they can get back in the game with boats/motors/wheeled vehicles and with housebrand items like academy tackle, but they wont, they'll just hire 400 more guys in the store to harass you to get their credit card in every aisle
  13. You'll mostly find guide reports. I only went late spring and it was tough, actually abandoned surf fishing and tried inshore gear around inlets and bridges. Did real well on blood worms and caught speck/striper.
  14. Let us know how it goes! That'd defiantly be a option for me if I needed a close quarters rod
  15. Its bad alone I have to question myself, would hate to see someone else do to me
  16. Better price it at 11,999 and edge him out then
  17. Quite funny, but I swear everytime I have to order online for the misses all the websites take paypal
  18. You could look into the rest of the doyo brand, most of the parts are interchangeable
  19. Is this a reverse bigbill thread?
  20. I'd be more disappointed if the rod doesn't self-break if you catch an undersized bass.
  21. I do all the time. But I'm talking to your post right here not myself
