  1. Nice!!!!! Your determination was rewarded.
  2. Senko, Trick worms, Flukes, ribbon tail worms, Fat Ika, Tubes, and Double Tail Hula Grubs
  3. Contact Triton21. He PM'ed me looking for a room.
  4. One more word of warning: If you happen to stick a 10+ bass ......... cut the line. NO HEAVY LIFTING!!!!!! ;D ;D
  5. My sentiments precisely. Roger Me three. I actually got snookered into two years because they automatically renew and I was not aware of that. I WAS THIS YEAR!!!!
  6. I am a little taken back by those numbers as well and the dates are definitely suspect. All of my opinion is based purely on what I see at the my local waters. I have seen SIGNIGANTLY more boats on the water especially in the last 2 to 3 years. These particular lakes I used to be able to go to on the busiest of fishing days and there would maybe 5-10 boats on the water TOPS. Often times I would have the whole lake to myself. Now it's not all that uncommon to see 15-20 boats on the water regularly. That may not be big numbers to some, but for 200-300 acre lakes that's quite a bit.
  7. No offense taken. Maybe I should have put a ;D or a . Tone is sometimes hard to reflect over the internet.
  8. Who is this "everyone" Any team playing Tom Brady and Co. are never a "shoe in's" in my book ....... especially in the playoffs.
  9. Classic too .... I think.
  10. At home I have a couple of these to keep things somewhat organized (more like in one area :) Then I try to keep my plastics organized in their original packaging and then put them in the big Zip-Lock Freezer bags and hard baits are somewhat organized by category in Plano boxes. Then when I go fishing I use this tackle bag: It's filled with all my mainstays and then seasonal stuff is added from my bins when needed.
  11. Great story!!!! Almost unbelievable. I just caught the tail end of that story on our local news last night. I had NO idea the story had that much going on.
  12. Well although the original post was "Can I tow with my Accord", I'm glad the towing in 5th came up. Although it did get a little unnecessarily heated , it was all good info from both sides. When it comes down to it I will just have to see for myself and I will keep what everyone said in mind. Great info and thanks to all.
  13. I also have a room that's up for grabs if anyone wants it. I will be calling here in the next week or so to give them a fair shot at filling it back up.
  14. I would have to say it's a tie between 10" Worms and the Jig w/ the Jig coming on strong as of late.
  15. Hmmmmmmmmm....... : Round up "Posse"!!!!!!!!
  16. Good to hear!!! Have fun while I sit up here in this ice storm.
  17. Gamma Copolymer. I tried it last year on an experiment basis on one of my rigs. I had no problems with Yo-Zuri I just wanted to try something else. I like it a lot and it's a step above Yo-Zuri across the board. It is VERY strong and knew it over-tested but I could never find info about. Finally the info is published in the New Master Fishing Catalog from Cabela's. They have also added new colors. It is now on ALL my rigs.
  18. Thank You. Good thing I asked. :
  19. Anybody have any tips on straightening bulk bought senkos??? They have been crammed into bags and probably set in a cold truck for the last few days and some of then are crooked. I was thinking to maybe boil them a little??
  20. I don't submerge my trailer so that should help a bit I would think. I just back it down so the wheels are about the waters edge and then I push the boat off the back with the gear already in it. Park the car and I'm ready to go. And I would also like to "solve" my problem the way you did, but right now that's just not feasible for me . Maybe in another year or so. Thanks guys. I just needed a little reassurance as I said before. I have put in my order for the hitch.
  21. I hit my 2 year anniversary yesterday.
  22. Crap!!!!! I sent it to Craig Baugher. :-? Was that wrong????
  23. I have used the Chompers DT Hula Grubs on football jigheads and as jig trailers. That's the only bait I have used and have no complaints ...... well maybe one. Some people may like it, but I really don't care for it. The particular baits I use smell like garlic and it's VERY STRONG. I almost dread each time I have to open the bag.
