Know exactly what you mean. We went when each one of my buddy's turned 18, then when another one of my college buddies got married. That's it. Every time I have to go home and take a shower ... or two, or three. It disgust me when you go in there and you see "those" guys that are just WAAYYY too into it. Like one of my best friends .... every time we have gone he comes out saying how she was soooo into him. Then I'm like Pat ..... What's the difference??? I know the Scorpion has the 4X4 SVS brake system and the Chronarch 50 Mg weighs approximately .3 oz less. Any other differences??? I have already purchased the Scorpion because of the "deal" I think I got. ($185 Brand new and free shipping) I just want to know for future reference because I usually get another reel around Christmas time. Thanks.

I personally didn't like the series. I could of careless who won, so I would have like to have seen it go 7 and extra innings, back and forth, good pitching, timely hitting, good coaching, etc, etc, etc. Royals in 2007....... man even I am laughing at that one. ;D ;D ;D

I have really taken a liking to (my bass too) hula grub type baits. I use the YUM Gonzo grub when I can find it and the GYCB DT Hula Grub when I can't.

IMO the lure retriever is one of those things that not many people have that they should. I finally got one this year (late spring) and it's simply amazing how effective it is. I can only recall one time it didn't work, but I blame that on the conditions. It was real windy out and I was in my two man boat. That thing gets blown all over the place. I just didn't have the paitence to mess with it in the wind for that long. I am 100% though if I would have messed with it longer I could have got it back. BTW - I have the one that is a ring with a couple hooks on it. Saved me well over $100 this year. Pretty good return on a $10 purchase.

I have that as well it like it OK. You have to have a pretty powerful computer though to run the program properly. As far as pictures go, there is a GREAT program you can download from Google (for free) ...... Picasa2.

I like the way you go about fishing for certain species almost as much as the catching part. That's why I like bass fishing so much. I would love to take on some snook and redfish. They kind of remind me "bass fishing" in saltwater and it looks like they fight a bbbiiiitttt harder.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give it a 7 As far as numbers go, they were way down compared to last year, but I would say my average size bass went up considerably (which was what I was shooting for). This year I really concentrated on catching those 5 lbs. + bass and thus far I have only caught 3 which was way way way down from last year, but my numbers of the 3+ lbs bass is way up. So it was just kind of so so as far as the catching goes. I also had a goal of catching an 8 lber and thus far I have not accomplished that ................. but I am not done yet. I maybe had one on that would have come close that got off right at the boat .... which I by the way had on video camera before that fell in the lake. I still think about that "one" quite often. That was the first big bass I have ever lost (at least that I have seen) and it still hurts. : On the technical side though I have a good year IMO. I have become more proficient with my electronics and thus my deep water fishing has improved tremedously and now probably prefer to fish that way. I also improved on my jig fishing. At the end of last year I was just starting to gain confidence in it and it continued into this year.

I have probably fell in the lake a few more times than I would like to admit. : That's good your friend is being cool about it. You know he probably feels like total crap about it too. I agree. I saw this movie last week and it was one of the best I have seen in a while. It's a GREAT mob movie and unlike any other I have ever seen ..... dealing with the Irish mafia instead of the typical Italian. I'll give it 4 1/2 stars. One warning though besides the gore and language ....... This movie is kind of long, 2.5 hours. I wasn't expecting that so it kind of made the ending drag on and on. I am not saying the ending is bad, it's just when you expect a movie to be an hour and a half long, I felt like I was waiting for the climax and ending to happen the whole last hour.

I've played 72 when I used to work at a golf course. ....... I never thought golf could be so tiring.
