  1. Bill Lewis Mann's Storm Cordell
  2. Try the simple stuff first. Is the knob on the side too tight?
  3. Graduated with a BS in business management. Now I work as a project engineer. I probably didn't need the degree to do what I am doing, but I know I am making a little more $$$ because of it.
  4. I bet he wouldn't do that if Muskie were stocked in there.
  5. I lift to keep the arthritis at bay. Had both shoulders operated on, and the dr. said that I would develop arthritis over time. Now I can really tell the difference when I have gone a while without lifting.
  6. Good luck and get well soon!
  7. When I feel a tap, tap, tap or when the line starts moving off I set the hook. I always hit the hooks with a file to make sure that they are sharp.
  8. Jig and craw is my favorite. My most productive so far this year have been crankbaits.
  9. I mostly use 1/4 and 1/2 Strike King and BPS spinnerbaits. I fish them on a MH rod around any kind of cover I can reach.
  10. I love Bull Shoals, but that lake can really bust you sometimes. We usually go in the summer, and it takes several days to figure them out. If you can flooded timber try using 1/2 spinnerbaits.
  11. Spring and fall around here is usually the best time.
  12. I started using the 1/8 size some years ago for bluegill, and sunnies when the bass bite would shut down. I have caught some bass on them, but usually on the small side.
  13. Good job!
  14. I would check with your DNR first.
  15. I worry more about how strong the gusts are more than the direction the wind is coming from.
  16. This year has been very slow for me so far. It seems there has been rain, or a cold front every time I have gone out. One or two fish after 8 to 10 hours isn't very productive.
  17. Look for rain run offs going int the lake. Bass will sometimes sit near them and wait for food to wash into the lake.
  18. You had a VERY good afternoon!
  19. I fish a lot of spots that see a lot of pressure. When you catch one there are always 3, or 4, people that see you. When they ask me what I am using I just tell them I was using a crankbait.
  20. I stepped on a copperhead one time out hunting. I felt something hitting my leg, looked down, and saw the back end of the snake sticking out from under my boot. Lucky for me this snake was still a baby and not very big.
  21. Mann's 1 minus. I love working them through the shallow flats.
  22. It depends on what I have in my tackle bag.
  23. If everything is taken into consideration I would have to go with summer and fall.
  24. Snakes never bothered me. When I come across them they move out of the way. If they are coiled up, I go around them.
