  1. You have some nice bass right there. Good catching!
  2. Where I Fish, white colorado blades, and a white skirt seem to work best when the water is muddy.
  3. I keep mine organized by weight and color.
  4. I've caught most of mine in less than 5' of water this year. I have been running shallow cranks and topwaters over the tops of weeds. I've also has pretty good luck ripping jigs through the grass.
  5. Nope. When I come back the next day I would have twice the work waiting for me.

  8. Any water. I have used it in crystal clear water to muddy water.
  9. So far this year it has been a black Bitsy Flip jig with a blue Super Chunk trailer.

  12. I stand on the deck and target my wife's empty flower pots. They are heavy enough that they won't tip over even if I do manage to hit one.

  15. I got started using them a few years ago. Now I use them more than tubes.
  16. That's a bummer. I would go back out at the same time and use the same bait to start off with.
  17. I wouldn't do that. You never know when a big cat is going to be swimming by.
  18. No way I would kiss a bass without knowing who else has kissed it.

  23. I was fishing some matted grass with a frog yesterday morning. I bring the rod back to cast out, and feel weight as I am throwing out. Now I have a backlash in my reel. I turn around and see line, and the frog wrapped around the trolling motor. Lucky for me it was turned off. Took about 10 min. to get everything untangled, but I think the frog is shot.
