I have a lund adventure series its an aluminum boat but the flooring is wood. When i bought it the floor was all rotted out so I had my brothers dad put a new floor in. He says it rotted out because the carpet was holding moisture in. He's just going to paint it but I'm worried that, that will be to slippery. Any suggestions on what to seal it with or how to still have carpet with out this happening again. Is there something special that most people use.

i use net bait 15" ribbon tails and 12" manns original soft bait, other good ones i use are yum 10" ribbon tail and also 10" powerbait ribbon tails, lake fork 9" hyper lizard and i guess id consider my favorite large bait well i consider big lol is the netbait mad paca i think their like 7" long but their a big bait kinda like a baby brush hog but better in my opinion.

i would like to try that also but 20 bucks is a small sum of money for a tiny bait

Yum baits are good imo but I can't believe no one has voted manna yet. I was the first you guys hota give the original soft plastic some props. They have great action. The jelly worm is for sure one of my go to soft plastics. If you havnt tried them yet swing by bass pro and get a pack pretty cheap too or order a pack

What brand of topwater frog do you guys use? What colors do you find best and when do u mostly use them? What kinda retrieve do you like? I use a ribbit frog white color have tried their larger bull frog but it doesn't make the ploping noise like the originals. I mainly use them in the morning and evening and when ever I find heavy cover like pads like most eveyyone would fish them. I do however find my self in the middle of nowhere tying a frog on just cause its so much fun to fish. I tend to fish my ribbit frog quite quick with abbrupt 2 second pauses every once and awhile. Me and my friends have had a lot of success this summer on them how has the rest of the communities been... Post pictures please.. ill have some up also of some topwater hogs. Now let's get some feedback basspro's.

its a pulse worm duhhhhhhhh lol jk but yea a pulse worm i got a bag of 50 green pumkinseed ones i got from a friend i believe there net bait but not completely sure and yes they are amazing womrs.

what about when your makeing worms dont they come out with a sick flat side? im thinking im gonna do spike-it plastic. what do you seal the pop with? may go rtv now.

yea im gonna do soft bait pouring first to set up. im trying to figure out what plastic to buy and also what to get to make my own molds. im not interested in pre-made molds at all. they are also quite expensive. if anyone has any suggestions on mold material or there favorite plastic please let me know.

can any one help me out i dont know what i need to get. i wanna make my own cranks and also pour my own plastics. what do i need and what brands are best! all help is appreciated thanks all.

im going fishing on the Shenandoah for the weekend gonna be kayaking. haven't smallmouth fishing so was hoping i could get some advice. what should i throw. and has anyone had some luck on it lately?

had two bass over 8 lb in the past 2 weeks between me and some friends on our favorite lake down here. havnt hit the ni up recently want to though. never been into fort ap hill i need to get in there and tear some fish up soon

im looking for someone to make me some batches of giant super worms 12 in or bigger. if you already have molds made that works also.

i fished at 2 till 5 today. bad idea to avoid the heat but i did get 7 bass nothing big but they were hitting my ribbon-tail. i usually do like to hit morning or night in my sessions but didn't have the time today with this storm coming in.

with the mercury rising to record heats earlier than usual how are all my co virginia anglers changing up there style and tech to put the early heat on their side. 105 heat index in may what the heck!!!!!!!!!

not really ignorance. just a dislike for killing a fish. i'm not sure that bow fishing is used to control a species just allowed for fish that arnt "game fish" personally i hate it. but if you can live with it then do what you want.

Jig man I plan on making hard baits. Yea I'm really excited to make my first lure. I'm just waiting to get some more money this summer so I can buy all the proper equipment:-)

I want to start making hard baits and my buddy is gonna make some soft baits . I was wondering if anyone could send me some pics or anything of stuff their proud of or just any of their handmades so I can get a feel for how they look and let me know how they swim and stuff. You could even send me your mistakes so I could look at them in person if no one minded. Would really appriciate it. I'm not completly sure on techniques and stuff. All help is welcome. Try using something flashy. right now look for the reaction bite. So like a jerk bait or a deed rattling crank or lipless crank-baits. When it warms up maybe try something that causes a lot of commotion like a good popper. something on the surface like that. Remember to always try to "match the hatch" when your choosing a bait like catch a sunfish or crappie and try to match their colors so to fool the fish even more. But who knows i could be completely wrong, just what i would do. switch baits if its not working. Good luck to ya.
