If half the playing field had as much steriods in them as Tiger does, well then they'd be great too. If half of the professional bass fishermen had as much steriods as KVD does, well then they'd be great too. :

What would I have done differently? Well, unfortunately I probably wouldn't have caught 20 bass, and I probably wouldn't have caught a 3-13. Sounds to me like you did a pretty good job of figuring them out and catching some nice bass. Good job.

Burley, you're the only person I know that could win the lottery and find something negative about it. ;D I'm not a Jr. fan, and don't care about the Lakers winnng, but I love a good show, and that's exactly what I got this weekend.

1. KVD won the Elite Series event on KY lake. 2. Tiger Woods' preformances on Saturday and Sunday in the U.S. Open were amazing. 3. Dale Jr. wins in NASCAR. 4. The NBA Finals Game 5, which could be the deciding game. If you're a sports fan, you can't ask for a better weekend. KVD, Tiger, Dale Jr., and Kobe all putting on a show. I've loved it!

His knee seemed to get better today. He said that he took something to ease the pain. I would assume that he'd take some more of whatever it was tomorrow morning and he'll be alright to walk, play, and win the 18-hole shootout.

CJ outfished 12 of the top 50 Elite pros and tied with a 13th today. One of the pros he beat was Denny Brauer. He can always remember this as the day he beat Denny Brauer.

As for smudging the background, that's mostly the trophy guys who have put in hours and hours of hard work to find those big bass. If they didn't smudge the background folks who knew the lake could go right to their spot and before long it would be just another community hole. As far as the not sharing what lures they catch fish off of, I have been AMAZED at how many people do tell you what they're catching stuff off of, from tournament fishermen to trophy hunters, to great every day bass fishermen. If a few don't, and it would be a very few, what's the big deal? Most likely someone else is giving out better information anyway.

Something in marine biology or preaching. A degree in marine biology would teach you a lot about bass and their behavior. A degree in preaching and, well, you might just have the same success as Jesus, and He almost sank a boat with all the fish He caught! Either one would probably work. 8-)
