when in doubt watch southern trout eaters dvd or on youtube.com you dont have to buy 100 swim baits but in some cases you get what you pay for but savage gear has really good stuff for under 30 ms slammers have stuff for under 30 and river 2 sea has stuff and so does spro fishing is expensive but doesnt have to be crazy expensive. get online and read reviews or ask on here. there are alot of guys fishing swim baits.

All i wanted was to atleast see it come up to spit my bait so i would atleast known how bad it was lol.

x2 its a 215$ combo but its cheap and will do the trick and will last but you can find cardiffs on line for 75 bucks and it will last a life time good starter combo and easy to get rid of if you dont like it!

or your choice is buy your own wire copper or coated wire and tie them weather they need it or not and then if the band rots off then owell its tied

might be a novice question and maybe even talked about in the past but i have always wondered if you should hook the scale in the gills or if you should make a new hole in the lip for weighing whats the best way not to harm the fish! seen it dont both ways but i want to know whats the best way!

thanks guys it was alot of fun! so i put both cameras or the windshields of the boat one for the front was on the drivers side and the one for the back was on the passenger side. the fish eye lens makes it where you can keep the camera close to you and the go pro and garamin virb both have this on them. as for adding music i use an expensive program called vegas pro 11. and i pulled the music off youtube. the first song was strong the second was casey ashley the pro fisherman called fishman i think and the third was i want to go fishing.

i would also check for tournys for those weekends on those lakes to make sure not that they arent big enough to fish a ton of guys but some spots might be hard to get to if thats the case.

well aia is having the bbass bash on the 18-19 of april so keep that in mind if any one is fishing that but im down for where ever but i would lean towards stockton or table rock for spring or grand just becuase you can catch a ton of fish in a weekend for prespawn or spawning fish. i dont know bull to well but i would go for sure but i would lean for the last weekend of apri.

got a new camera for vids from my girl and my good buddy blue got me a new curado i thanks man! and some gift cards from bps for a new rod to go with that reel im going to get. all in all happy happy happy!

i have had this this problem my self but im in the process of saying for get any cheap scale im going certified like one other said and spending the money on a culmerite thats what the pros use and have and ill never need another again. one of the most accurate scale and its proven. i think all the cheap ones are fine and dandy but my experience is one day it will read fine and then the next its off and then back on and i have had a couple be this way. and i think there is something to say about making sure it has new batteries in it all the time. i think its more accurate. if you want a close messure go cheap it doesnt matter aslong as its close but if you want exact spend some money.

i like 4/0 on my baits and they fit in the mold real easy if we are talking about bladded jigs or chatter baits. but once u decide on what size hooks you need to think about brand i like the new eagle claws that came out last year. they are sick nasty sharp for the money or you can get some mustad ultra points are fine or depending on the mold you can go crazy and get trokar but that wasnt for me. oh and owners too but for my baits i like they price point of the eagle claws hope that gives you some ideas to think about. cus at the end of they day your going to be the one using them. i would just recommend not going cheap and not going crazy!

i have used shimano 2500s abus and presidentials and they are all good in my opinion but for the money the presidentials have been my favorite reel for the money. they are smooth and after two years they feel just the way they did when i took them out of the box and i can only say that about this reel and the shimanos and they are 59 to 69 bucks and i have 4 now thats what my opinion is. it has stood the test of time, big fish, little fish, hundreds of fish, small mouth, large mouth, flat heads, walleye. i use it to texas rig, shaky head, small spooks, poppers, and i have had braid mono and it doesnt matter seems to work. all you need to do is go try some of these reels at the store and feel whats best for you. and find what size spools that are going to work best for what your going to use it for. i would suggest the larger spools for texas or a all around like the 2500 size. hope this helps and i dont think you can go wrong with either 2 and for your price range.

hey guys i have a savage arms model 16 cal 270 short mag left handed bolt. i have had it for a couple years and got it for deer hunting a love it but recently my hunting land was sold and i have decided due to the difficulty of finding another hunting spot i would just switch sports all together. i was moving to more of bird hunting and i have this nice gun that i paid over 800 bucks for and its almost usless to me and i need a good duck gun. and from the research its worth 688$ around there and i have a 14 power scope witch was around 160 and a sling and a box or two of ammo 40 bucks a box. and i dont want to just give it away and i dont want to go to cabelas (where i bought it from) and trade it in because i think they will beat me up like they did when i sold back my glock after owning it one year i lost 200 bucks on it. wondering what you guys thought on how to price it and how to go about selling it and getting what i do want which is a duck or goose gun! cosmetically it has a couple scratches in the synthetic stock where i rested it on a fence post killing 2 deer and the but is a rubber but with a small chunk missing out of it but i would rate it a 8 or a 9 out of ten because the butts easy to change and that would only leave a couple scratches on the stock nothing terrible or deep!
