  1. Google "punching grass for bass"..basically it is using a large bullet weight, 1oz or more to punch through the thick grass.
  2. I am using ReelX oil already.
  3. Upgrade will be for a BPS J. Morris Sig baitcaster.
  4. Thinking about upgrading to BOCA ABEC 7 orange seals..worth the effort and price?
  5. The high water should bring the baitfish into the shallows to seek out new food sources and new places to hide..and where the baitfish go, the bass will follow.
  6. GoPro HD HERO 960
  7. This is my first video with my new GoPro HD HERO 960.
  8. My first video attempt with my new GoPro.
  9. I use a Bucks Bags..you can see pictures of it in this link As a lessons learned, make sure the pontoon air bladders are polyurethane. Mine originally came with a cheaper material, thus the low price, and they lasted 1 outing before they started leaking and the boat was unusable. I did purchase some polyurethane bladders for $50 each from the manufacturer.
  10. It depends on the fishery and your approach. For me I only fish for large bass using 1-2oz lures from Hudds and various other swim-baits, spinner-baits and chatter-baits. But I also spend most of my time in a fishery that is populated with a good number of bass over 5lbs and up to 9lbs. So for me, every time I fish ( which is about 4 times per week) I will catch at least one over 5lbs.
  11. I still play BF2 online till this day.
  12. After catching a few large bass, my straight arm spinnerbait looks like one of those death shimmers..lol...I would try one out if they made the color I want in a 1oz, but they dont.
  13. Slow rolling a 1oz spinnerbait yesterday after the rain landed me a 6, 7 and a 8 pounder.
