Spinning Reel Suggestions
no like theres a little gap its a design flaw it catches the line when you cast it and engage the bail it slips into that little slot instead of the roller

Spinning Reel Suggestions
your right about that but the bail arm i got it last year and a design flaw there is just a small little gap and it catches on there instead of the roller and im afraid to sand it down in case i mess it up but it catches the line and its slowly starting to cut a little ridge into it and its driving me nuts i like the reel aside from that problem

Slow Sinking Jigs
thanks for the tips i do use a weightless zoom trick worm instead of a senko for dead sticking i throw it out on a 3/0 texas rigged and just let it do its thing down usually they hit it on the drop or pick it up off the bottom and thanks for the tip with the jerk bait i fish a lot of farm ponds and the one i fish is pretty deep and i heard about the jerk bait trick before but now i know the water was too cold for it luckily lately its been extremely beautiful weather ( 50s some day up near mid 60s) in pa which was a delight for me but thanks for the bucktail idea ill have to try it

St Croix Rage Or Micro Magic?
Im looking for a new spinning rod for roughly around the 130-160 range and i came across both the rage and micro magic my question is which do you think would be a better choice they are roughly the same price and both seem like good rods the only thing i noticed is the rage is a full grip design while the duckett is a split grip but aside from that which one or a different brand in the group would you pick? im looking for a 6'6 medium maybe mh action for light jigs weightless worms and light worm action

Keeping Bass Alive During Transport Need Help
The one pond i fish at is owned by my friend and the problem is the food chain is messed up and theres an overstock of 8-12 inch bass all very skinny big head and i know what that means selective harvest to get the whole order back into control but the problem is i dont have the heart to kill them i love bass probably more than my own grandmother and well the good thing is i have other ponds that are low on bass and the blue gills are starting to over run those ponds so i was going to transport the fish and put them into the ponds to equal out other food chains so i can have multiply ponds in good condition without killing any but the problem is transport i wont have a boat since the size of the pond but i do have a jeep so i would have room for plenty of tubs i was thinking maybe those large plastic storage tubs with an arieator pumping in them since the drives would all within a 20 minute drive max but i do need help with any other ideas to keep them alive during transport or if anyone has a safer better way to get them from point a to b

Best Type Of Mono?
i do use the kvd line treatment a lot on my other reels and line and i was very surprised how well it worked but overall do you think suffix elite is a pretty good line for a spinning reel? most of the time i either do a small lipless or weightless worms on it since i got a new bc reel that will cover a lot of other lures ie spinner baits larger cranks jigs topwater etc so now it wil mostly come down to weightless soft plastics and small lipless cranks on my spinning reel

Wileyx Sunglasses
