Looking for an affordable upgrade. Shock and field and stream Tec spec are about 50 to 55 dollars Lighting is 30 on sale I need a 7 ft mh casting rod. Any advice from experience? The lightning rod price makes me want to buy a second for a spinning set up but I'd like to get my casting set up straightened out

I went there today, hit a donut but I fished the target side and down.....I saw the area that you are talking about from near that spot with the sand bags. I may go back later today or tomorrow and see what happens.

They were about 4 dollars each at dicks sporting goods. I bought 2 way back but never really got around to using them. They had them on clearance for 1.98 each so I bought 3 more to use for snakeheads since my buddy knows the spots. He looked at the body of it when he went through my tackle and said it was similar to his small Koppers frog apart from the skirt. I picked him up a black colored frog and I got a bright green and white/silver one also. Just seeing if anyone has had good success with them for bass?

Ive had a few run ins with turtles recently...it sucks, annoying, inconvenient and sad all at the same time I had to get 2 sets of trebles out of a turtle that kept hooking itself during the struggle...ridic
