Well it depends my scale I say 4.5 but if your on a fishing show it would be 6 lber.

I got an e-mail the other day about bass gold. It's some kind of program were they put in the winning patterns for many different lakes. I guess you can select your lake and it tell you what depths cover lure has won in the past. And I guess you can add your own winning patterns too. Look kind of interesting it like $35 a year. Just seeing it anyone on hear see or tried it? And what's your thoughts on it?

I'm headed down to lake degray tomorrow for a tournament this weekend. I guess all getting some rain this week. How much? Just see if anyone has any lake condition. Is it coming up, murky. Never been on it just see if anyone on here has any up to date info.

We all got the story of the one that got away. I'm no different. Today i hunged a be bass on a crankbait I saw the flash of it side. And it looked like and felt the biggest bass I ever had on the other end of my line!! Then with a shake of the head he was gone. I was speechless. Part of me was mad for losing it and part of me was glad for just hanging it. But I do know one thing I well be back and try to get her in the boat!!

Depends am I going fishing or coming back from fishing. I'm more out to talk longer when I get back talk about what worked what didn't. On the way out its more or less good luck leave some for seed.

I think it was mainly because that girl he was with he hired her, and I heard something about him given her money tonight on the news. But whatever the reason I kind of sucks being from Arkansas I'm a fan and had high hopes for the season. But that razerback football for you gets your hopes up just to shot them down.

Talk to a guy at Norfork yesterday and he said they was spawning last weekend and today on Greers ferry they look like post spawn fish to me. I guess I miss out on bed fishing this year.

Well when I really got in bass fishing I thought I needed the high dollar suft and at the time I bought what I could. Which was in the middle. And you can't go backward lol. But one of this days I will upgrade. I do believe you get what you pay for. And you better believe when I hit that power ball nothing but the best will go on my deck!!

I went from the low end to the middle ground and could tell a huge difference. And I know the higher end rods and reels will probably be the same. But the way I look at it is I pay $150 on a good rod rather then 250+ I can take that $100 and put it in gas for my boat or truck and spend more time on the water. I think time on the water more valuable then the rod.

The water is warm enough. Just havnt see any.

I talk to a guy today that said yesterday he was on bull and catching post spawn fish. I fished Norfork the past two days and havnt seen them but caught a few females that was full of eggs. But your right the are biting. Manly the small mouths I've caught more 3+ lbs smallie this year then I ever had.

I thought they would be to to just havnt seen them.

Has any seen any bass on beds here in Arkansas? I fish Greers ferry and Norfork. And so far I haven't found any on beds. Today the water temp was between 68-71 at Norfork. And we caught most of our fish at the mouth of coves. And they didn't look a like post spawn to me. I really thought with this warm weather and water would get them going. I don't know just seeing if anyone have seen beds yet?

In this month bassmaster it had a big wright up on arkansas fishing. And it said that pool 2 on the Arkansas river is the # 1 bass fishing in the state. I was wondering is that the dumas pool? I wanted to try to fish the dumas pool this year any ways because I've all way herd good things about it. And now if that's the same as pool 2 I really got try it. And another question any good tips on it?

I been fishing a lot this year with very liitle luck. I was about to give up. Then the day before yesterday me and my dad went and he got a nice 4 1/2 lber then we caught a few more little one. Still was a real slow day, but yesterday we went again and we landed nearly 30 fish most being in the 12 to 14 inch rage. I got 3 that went about 2 1/2 then had one that broke my line but might went 4. (think I just had a bad spot in my line) But it was a great day and I remember why I love bass fishing so much.
