Heading to Presque Isle this weekend and have never fished the area. Any suggestions and info would be greatly appreciated.

Fishing a tournament with my son on Ohio River two years ago. Pouring the rain down. Set the hook and rod flies out of hands. Son had just got me Brand new Orra sx on Cabelas XML rod for xmas. Dove in head first, full rain gear, and grabbed rod. Surfaced and son had the corniest look on face and couldn't say anything!! I told him to grab rod and see if fish was still on. No such luck but still had combo!!

Metals Material Handler ( fork lift operator ) at an aluminum smelter here in southeastern Ohio. Been there 21 years this April. Still on 21 turn, shift work. 7 afternoon shifts then 2 days off. Then 7 day shifts then 1 day off. Then seven midnite shifts and then 5 days off. Pays the bills with a little left over for fishing.

I use about the same stuff on my wraps. Get some funny looks sometimes when you go in and thats all you buy. Lol!

Didnt realize it was that far from the lake to the weigh-in. Wow! They seem pretty confident though. Shouldn't be a problem.

I don't see why you couldn't still bake them. Remember to clean out the eyes before you bake them. Much easier to do before than after. If you want to go even farther, after you have baked them mix up some epoxy and brush on a coat. You'll have to experiment with how much to mix up at a time to coincide with how fast you can give them a coat. Gives them a nice durable finish.
