  1. I have no idea I average probably twice a week so over 100x and always for bass
  2. Resurrecting this post anything ever happen?
  3. Caught my personal best limit on Istokpoga back in '90's , won the budget bass classic in 2016 also lost the biggest fish I've ever seen there back in 2017 , there are big fish there. look for the clearest/cleanest water.
  4. Drive a few hours NW and I will take ya out on my boat on Keowee
  5. wrat started following Keowee 3/31/23
  6. What a day launched a bit late 845a and ventured further south then usual and we just killed it over 40 bass between me and my partner mostly spots and a few nice LM , biggest of the day was an 18" spot probably close to 4lb . the three LM were in the 3lb class varied baits at first I was throwin a small crankbait and just nailin it my partner was usin a ned rig and I was mopin 'em up prob 4 fish to 1 then as the morn progressed the ratio shifted and the ned rig was out performin the crank to I switched to a wacky rig and started catchin again , just a fantastic day , most fish were in the 13-15" range nothing super small and no bloody tails we finished up around 345
  7. If your fishing a bass tournament than yes otherwise probably not
  8. looks like a good day!
  9. not very long couple of weeks maybe, fishing rocks and lite line I lose stuff, mostly fish plastics anyway and even if I were to buy every bag at the store ( which I don't) I would still run out of what I use, I dont stock pile line so that alone would need replacing
  10. went out to Keowee today in the rain had an ok day had several follows on a small rapalla f9 and caught a few of them nothing big then got an EXTREMELY fat 17" on a small swimbait and at that point it was time to go I was cold and wet, going back out tomorrow
  11. yeah I got a real good look at her about 2 feet from the boat and she just dove and POP she was a BEAST
  12. I was out this past Saturday and had a very interesting day it was a COLD launch at 730 and from 730 until 11 only had a few bites lost one good one at the boat then ran North a bit and from noon until 3 ish we caught 15 or so and I had the biggest spot Ive seen yet break me off it was at least 24" , it was a very interesting day,
  13. Well I did not use it much on Okeechobee thats for sure certainly NOT to find fish ,sometimes to try and determine bottom composition but different techniques for different laks
