  1. Nice color pattern on that one!!!
  2. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A SCALE !!!!!!!!!!
  3. True that! I just loaded the truck up. My wife looked at me in the garage and said "you have an addiction". It's 11pm and I just got the top water lures ready. We shall see. ;-) I hope they will still respond to the froggies. Kermit looks delicious!
  4. Goooooood gravy lookey here
  5. The past 7 days here in NC the temps have been in the high 80's during the day and 60's overnight. However tonight will be in the high 50's and tomorrow will be in the high 70's. Top water has been on fire this past week. I am headed on the water tomorrow and want to use top water again. Will this cooler night make the top water bite less likely? There won't be any wind in the morning either. Water will be slick as glass. Joe
  6. I would need a Xanax
  7. I know right!!!! I caught my biggest at 6.6 and I sounded like I hit lotto LOL
  8. Best chance to catch bass is to go out and fish. :-)
  9. They said the tackle was gone in the blaze too. What was cool was that other anglers were offering him gear to use so he can fish.
  10. I like when I go with my friend. We each have our own kayak so it is not too bad. :-)
  11. Tony Stewart. He sports the bps logo as his sponsor. Not sure if or how much he really fishes though.
  12. I have an app on my iPhone 5S called "fishing deluxe" It shows moon phases and barometric pressure graphs. The main idea is every day on the calendar is rated 1-5 stars with 5 being the best day. Outcome: I've been skunked on 5 star days and on a 1 star day I caught my biggest best ever. Go figure.
  13. Another reason why it wouldn't happen. ;-)
  14. We never went to the "secret" pond. I just rode with them to another pond to fish. I won't let him blindfold me LOL. I'm not that kind if trusting. ;-)
  15. I only can hope that it wasn't vandalism. :-(
  16. http://www.bassmaster.com/blogs/2014-elite-series-lake-dardanelle-live-blog/lanes-boat-ablazefor-real#
  17. We have fished a time or two in the past. Not one of our "inner circle" friends. You know, the ones you see once every few weeks but chat in Facebook time to time. In any event, if I had a sweet spot. I would take my friends knowing they would KEEP it a secret. :-) No blindfolds. Lol
  18. A friend of mine and his wife took me to one of his "secret" location ponds. While fishing, he mentioned another pond that he always posts pics of on Facebook. This one he says is about 5 acres and produces 5+ pound fish almost daily. I've seen the pics and they seem legit. He said he would drive me there but once we got off the main road, I would have to be blindfolded for about 5 minutes as it is a true "secret". I don't know for sure but I think he was actually serious!!!! I just kinda chuckled and we talked about other stuff. So just curious. Would you all go to a secret pond if you couldn't see where it was?? Wonder how these comments will go LOL!
  19. That's why you watch the radar.
  20. Nice fish! Way to go on the Senko. I like how they have some weight to them and in a huge array of colors.
  21. The stress of the fish in General is my concern. Not to mention a sore lip. I've double caught a fatty off the beds in the past in the same day. Usually I will just leave then alone for a few days and then try again. Give them a chance to recover and get a good head start. ;-)
  22. For example tomorrow afternoon is calling for t storms here in nc. I'll be throwing top water early am and I will be headed in via my iPhone radar. :-) Bass usually do well right before and after the storms. Especially the morning of.
