Does anyone have a really good taco recipe. I know it's not complicated but I want to try something different.
  2. 20# PowerPro and 10# Trilene Take that for simple.
  3. Whoo thats a mouthful of a post.
  4. Xrap. It's easy to fish and catches fish. Kinda like a Senko.
  5. Exactly what I was about to say.
  6. I don't have the money to match. If it looks cool it is an accident.
  7. The things you can learn off this website. It sounds like fun.

    All the time
  9. Thanks for Advice
  10. I am going fishing for small-mouths for the first time tomorrow The problem is just that though, I have no idea what to do. I have a fairly good grasp on large-mouth behavior but that is a different fish. If anyone has any suggestions or tips for finding and catching them it would be greatly appreciated.
  11. What kind of line was it?
  12. Lizards work well on a Shakey Head. I am going to learn the Senko
  13. Advice for the hook you can't get out, a pair of good pliers goes a long way. Just don't drop them in the water, I learned that the hard way.
  14. I'll try it this weekend
  15. The video is a great how-to on how to undo a backlash.
  16. I have a Clarus and love it. At 40 bucks that was a great deal or I got ripped off, I paid a 100. Cannot complain about a single thing, comes with a great warranty too.
  17. Definitely going to have to go with the jig
  18. Spro makes split rings that are much easier to open. I generally use my hands to change out treble hooks with them.
  19. I personally like to rig Z-Man lizards on a Shaky head. I have yet to find any local tackle shops that carry Rage products.
  20. Just got mine ten minutes ago, a pack of 4/0 EWG Worm hooks and a decal. No bag though
  21. Spinnerbaits and Senkos, never caught a single fish. Funny.
  22. Really, I'll have to try that
  23. Guess I'm bit of an oddball. My favorite utility rod is a Lamiglas Norwest Special, its a Salmon/ Steelhead rod. The thing is 8'6 with a medium action, plenty of backbone and very sensitive. I use it for pretty much everything, jigs, cranks, shakey heads, T Rigs, C Rigs, topwaters, you name it.
  24. Man, I am in the same exact boat fishing from shore. Typically on bait-casters I like to spool with braid and add a leader, Power Pro works well. On spinning outfits I like to use Berkley FireLine, also a braid. The line twist on the Power Pro is so subtle the knots it produces can't be worked out, kinda of a big problem. As with the other add a leader.
  25. This last weekend I went to the local lake during the rush and I noticed something, so I am going to ask you guys. How many of you are driving a small white truck(e.g. Ford Ranger, Toyota Tundra)? Hope this is not too far off for General Forum.
