  4. Winter is a ruff time to get back into bass fishing. If you want another option try a dropshot with a roboworm and find some structure.Work it SLOW. When spring comes T-Rig those lizards and you'll be fine.
  5. Click on the black dot beside the thread title and it takes you straight to your first unread post.
  6. I will break the ten pound barrier
  7. It's perfectly possible that is the original bait but, the only reason I say that is I use the big saltwater versions for offshore fish. Interesting idea using it for bass though.

  13. All our lakes get stocked during the winter. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
  14. Rattletraps been working wonders here
  15. Carry only what you will realistically use. This lightens up your pack and helps when covering large bodies of water.Cover water, take lots of casts and just keep casting. There are fish.
  16. Now that's a story. Welcome to the forum
  17. I'd stay with the shorter versions, 4.5 or shorter, for the drop shot and then then the seven inch for the shaky-head. Margarita Mutilator has been working well around here lately.
  18. Given the weeds are not to built up, a squarebill crank in shad colors or a rattle-trap if there are weeds should work. Can't go wrong with flukes this time of year either. I personally like crawling swim-baits across the bottom.
  19. Alrighty, the magic weight is....... 5lbs 12oz. She was pretty skinny but she had a couple of nice sized bluegill in her gullet. Could have pulled them out if I wanted to. So GoTakeANap and mikey5string are the closest, congrats.
  20. I'll give you all a hint. I am 6'4 with a good set of shoulders, and its a bad photo.
  21. I'm sorry about the bad photo. Someone else took it.
  22. While this is not the biggest fish in the world, it is my new pb and I am stoked and disappointed by this catch. I have had it weighed on a certified scale. Can you you guess the weight?
