  1. I have both the Kovert and the Mojo, and IMO the Kovert is a much better rod. More comfortable, better build quality, lighter, more balanced, great duribility and better looking in my opinion. If I had to buy another out of these 2 rods, Denali Kovert no doubt. Its a great rod you wont be disappointed.
  2. Denali Kovert is great. So is the Dobyns Savvy. I have both
  3. If you guys could have one rod brand for the rest of your fishing days, what would it be and why?
  4. I am in need of a new crank rod and I like the Denali Kovert. Denali makes great rods, its just the Kovert is so new I wanna hear a little about it first. How does it fish? How does it compare to other rods in its price range? Thanks in advance
  5. The pic was on my phone that fell in the water so I no longer have it... But next time i catch one ill post a pic for sure
  6. Hey guys i have been bass fishing for 10 years now for fun and I want to start tournament fishing. I am 14 and i have been to weigh ins and talked to many people on the lake I know that fish tournaments. I fish almost everyday and I live in the Seattle/Bellevue area of Washington and i mostly fish Lake Washington. What tournaments should I sign up for and what else should I do? Any tips or info you guys have is greatly appreciated, I just need a little guidance on what I should do and how I should do it to start tournament fishing. Thanks in advance
  7. The 6XD is one of my best smallie baits. Ive caught them anywhere from a few inches bigger than the bait to 6 pounds

  9. Ive never been in to shakey heading much because it just dosent appeal to me. For those of you that do it, how effective is it? What are the secrets? When is it best to do it? what way do you rig it and with what? Any feedback helps. Thanks
  10. I live in the 1st canal near the end...I fish almost everyday so i probaly know you too! What tournaments do u fish? What boat do u drive? next time u see someone fishing off their dock near the end of the 1st canal, its probaly me...just ask.
  11. Hey i live in the canals and let me tell you, the pressure is crazy during spawn. It is probably the best bet during spawn, but there is 20 boats in there at a time. Some other hot spots i have a lot of luck with are the I-90 bridge, newport marinas, pleasure point, the area right between the Mercer slough, log boom park, the mercer island shoreline, coulon park, meydenbauer bay and especially the UW bay. Hope this helps, and see u out there!
  12. Yeah what i do sometimes is instead of the weight, ill add a jighead and a grub. It works pretty well. thanks for the feedback!
  13. Haha ok guys. My personal favorites and the ones ive had the most luck on are sniper snubs and bolts and bass pro shops dr. fin eke worms. They are the best.
