All this rain we've been having past week is well needed but boy do I miss those nice sunny fishing days. I checked out my spot today and the water level has raised a bunch. I have a feeling the first nice day we get the fish are going to be going crazy, hopefully

Caught these 2 at the same time on an umbrella rig Then got these two on a swim jig with a rage craw.

I went out Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm first I was using a weightless senko and caught a few small ones. Then I started throwing an umbrella rig because I saw a bunch of bait fish. I hook into one and then I feel another bump and the fish went the opposite way. Then I realize I got two fish on. I saw that happen one time on a fishing show but they were small ones. The bigger one on the left was definitly the second strike. I caught a few more small ones on the umbrella, then I switched to a swim jig with a rage craw trailer and hooked into a 6 more. Here are 2 of the nicer ones. Size 13 shoe

Those are some nice fat fish! My wifey likes to fish with me but she gets frustrated when I catch more and I always seem to catch the biggest. Her biggest this year so far is 3lb largemouth.

Nice fish man!! I lived in NJ, Monmouth County, til I was 25 I didn't know we had fish that big those are FL fish, that's was a plus for me moving to FL.

I went out the other night caught a few nothing too big biggest weighed was 2.4. Went out this morning with a strike king swimming jig 1/4 oz with a strike king rodent in black neon and killed them. I was out for about 2 hours and I caught 12 biggest was just over 3 lbs. I missed a bunch too.
