I live in FL and all the lakes I want to fish are here in my home state... I live in north FL so taking a flight to south would that count? Lol it's a long drive So I would have to take the trip to Lake Barracac, Mexico so I can put my double digit bass as my avitar like numerous members on the site lol. Or if I don't feel like dealing with customs I would take a trip to Texas and fish some of those lakes

Yea I knew that you probably did that because I remember you would try to go out b4/ after dropping kids at school and before you go to work so I figured you were dressed for business while in the wilderness lol

The spot by fire house that I missed the big one... My new gate lol. Going there this weekend tho won't be the same without u man lol

Went out wit my cousin caught a few nice ones and got nice footage playing around with a gator he was chasing and trying to attack my frog

How many are about fishing? Pics, techniques, fish stories, etc I'd say about 100 lol

Yea man I didn't mean to throw you down like that but when you are in my spot anything goes. You can come out and hold the camera anytime you want just text me. To make up for what I did ill cast for you and you can reel it in, kind of like what I do for my girlfriend lol Is that the pencil bait? I bought one of them while back it's green only used it few times though.

Man I got to get my 1 to 3 hour nap in during my weekend fishing outings lol. Usually during college football or NFL depending on games. That hot weather use to drain me for those long hours out walking standing around lol. This time of year I wasn't fishing a lot last season so it will be nice not to have to deal with the heat but I know at some moment I'm going to wish for that heat back lol gets cold here in Jacksonville sometimes NJ cold

Remember next time you plan on hitting up the "driving range" let me know I will throw on a golf shirt and show you the ponds where we catch the big ones when we get in, just give me a heads up early in the day that you are planning on going

I found the spot you texted me on google earth. Are there pads and grass there or is it pretty much open? That 21" is way fatter than mine the other night. There's definitely bigger ones in there. Like I was sayin you need to wake up and get to your spots in the AM whenever you can. Naps are made for us fishermen lol

Frogs work really well especially in areas with a lot of frogs. Throw theme along the shore line and the bass will crush them, that's how it is here in FL anyway. Last night I went to pick up food around 8:45p stopped at a spot and threw a white frog 5 yards in front of a culvert. Reel it in and a 20" slammed it as the frog got to the opening. The big girls love frogs lol

Man i lost track of fishing after high school. Didn't even think of fishing in college was busy with other activities, and besides I went to college in NJ so it wasn't a "fishing area" if I went to school down here in FL I may not have graduated between fishing and other college activities

It would suck even more for you if you had to wait all week had the weekend planned for some good fishing. Friday after work you load up your gear and get the boat ready. Saturday you are about to hit the water and all of a sudden it starts thunder storming Saturday and Sunday after weeks of no rain and perfect weather. That would suck a lot more

People can offer a bunch of tips/techniques but at the end of the day it's how well the fish is hooked pretty simple and you can't control HOW it's hooked all you can do is hook em.

You went out early this morning, no rain? I was planning on going out but I thought it was going to be down pouring this morning. If I knew it was how it is now I would have gone. But you said it was slow so I guess that's a plus
