IMO scented baits do there job. There are often sometimes smells or chemicals on your hands that go on your bait that might repel bass. The scents will cover the smell up. I understand what you mean by craws being hard but if a bass closes its mouth on a craw it will crunch. Plastic or wood not so much. I am sure a fish can relies the difference between a normal juicy craw and a super armor craw.

I rig it like I were to rig a jig. Just makes it look like it is a part of the jig. I think it is more of an eye candy for me rather then the bass. And since I think it looks nice I have confidence in it. Honestly I do not think it really matters to much. I rig it one way and I still catch fish. Some people rig it through the middle and that works for them. In my opinion this is just personal preference. Something that works for someone else might not always work for you. So try both ways and just continue rigging it however you feel is right.

Well Being my birthday on the 28th of December I finally get a cell phone for my 15th birthday. I am not to much of a talker all I really do is just make 1 minute phone calls to tell my mom, dad, or sis to come pick me up from the lake. But what I really care for is a good picture phone so that I can actually take photos of what I catch and have proof. I have seen some of the phone pictures quality and they are horrible once they get uploaded on a computer. So what cell phone has a good quality still in them when you upload them to a computer. p.s. Is it hard to get a good picture of yourself and the bass by yourself using a phone?

(Not sure if this is in the right place) Well I really want to get a worm binder for when I am on the banks or wading in the rivers I have a nice pouch of organized pockets for my worms, flukes, senkos, tubes, etc. So what brand/series do you guts think is the best quality for the best price? I was looking at the BPS version but I had trouble deciding between the Jumbo and the Double. I think they had the information accidentally switched so I did not wanna take the risk.

Since you know a lot about pepper spray do you know anything about listurene (I know I spelt wrong but thats the stuff in a spray bottle that gives you fresh breath) Because my friend sprayed that several times in my eyes as a joke during class so I was not able to wash it out. My vision is fine but would it ever have negative effects?

I put my grubs on a jig head. I either swim it on the bottom so it collides with chunk rocks, Hop it, or drag it. I only use grubs in rivers though going after small mouth.

For me I get my hits with it being wacky rigged then T-rigged but I also get more misses when trying to hook a fish when Its Wacky rigged. Also I can move it a little better T-rigged then wacky IMO. So I would have to go with T-Rigged (I accidently voted for Wacky Rig on the poll though)

@Jaskoh: Yea If I were you I would sell it. I have been told about the Wii price dropping from 250$ to 200$ some time soon in 2008 with brand new colors avalible. Thats a good way to earn a few hundred dollers as long as you can wait a few months to get a new Wii.

Well I sort of got an idea that will get me a little more interested. I am going either on saturday or sunday in a place that is sopposivly very good during this time of year. A reason to go out to dicks sporting goods look through the isles get what I need and remember how much I love walking down those isle looking at every product they have. Then going out to go catch a few fish. I just hope its not so cold out though becasue I will probally wade for some of the time getting out of the water will be a killer.

I really never thought the day would come when it has been a month since I last when fishing. I have no clue why I have not gone or visited Bass Resource in such a long time. I would like to blame the MMORPG's I play but fishing should be more addictive. Maybe just some good words or reminders about fishing to spark my fishing plug because I wanna get back out there but i dunno my heart is no longer in it =(

I just saw this thread and totally had to respond If any one wants to play me in HL2 DM just let me know and ill own you so hard Used to be in a pro Footie and DoTA guild in WCFT but I sort of lost interest in the guild because all of the constant drama between different guilds. I was not able to play with out getting harrased and making a new account was pointless because if you have no friends to play with then you have no choice but to play with noobs.

Try a wacky rigged Senko. They work real good in ponds and they do not need much skill to use. Just cast them near some cover and set the hook
